Good variety and fairly priced products… delivery not so good
I have been buying from Ándale-Órale for over 2 years now and, to be honest, this may be the best-stocked online store for Mexican products in Sweden.
However, many of the products can be often out of stock for long periods of time (understandably, due to long importing procedures) and, sadly, they never publish potential re-stocking dates nor notify when products are finally available again.
With that said, if you find something out of stock that you really want to buy, you have to visit the website regularly.
I am giving 2 stars because they have consistently dropped the ball with their deliveries for the past few months. Before, you would have received your order just 3 to 5 days after placing it. Nowadays, it could take over 2 weeks.
The saddest part is the lack of communication and transparency. Heck, I am an understanding person and I can deal with delayed orders, but not with bad customer service.
Be honest, let your customers know if something is going on with the orders or deliveries and never, under any circumstance, let their emails go unanswered.
