Bought the ANC smart watch in March 2023, its is only August and the watch is faulty, screen stay blank a lot of the time, it doesn't respond to movement, the screen doesn't respond to touch when it does decide to light up. Sent an email to support email address 4 days ago now ansew no feed back no assistance of any kind from them waste if money.
Bought headphones from Amazon. They stopped working 3 months in. No help on amazon or from anc re return/replacement/refund. Don't bother

Really fast delivery, product looks good got blue and it's a really nice shade. Only drawback is the written instruction leaflet which is very difficult to read but overall very happy.

The product purchased is a fitness tracker and was excellent value
However, an identical tracker was bought from Cove-Vibrant which took a month to arrive, more expensive and poorly packaged.
This company is selling the product at almost half the price and was delivered the very next day, fulfilled by Amazon Prime and beautifully packaged in a proper gift type box. I fully recommend this company for customer service.
