I have had the most wonderful experience with the Ancient Remedies team. At first I received a different book to the one I originally wanted. I wrote to the support team and explained and received a prompt reply from J, he then explained he would pass me on to the fulfillment team, I received another prompt reply from B, who said he would get the book I had thought I’d ordered.He let me know he was getting my order ready for shipping. What a marvellous friendly efficient team. My grateful thanks from this side of the world.

1. Most courteous people. Shanon, Myra and John were all very helpful.
2. Replies to queries always came sooner than expected.
3. They obviously care for their clients.
4. I have just received the book and have yet to go through the various remedies in the book.

Firstly, I wanted to express my gratitude for the customer service team ( John) who helped me to get my order rectified in timely manner! I promised to put my honest review once I received the package! Because I had been victimized before with other online purchases especially via Facebook link, so I was worried about whether I would get scammed by someone again! By God’s grace, after months of researching , compared with different posts that found from the Facebook pages, I decided to place my order. I am glad that I did it and I am now overjoyed to have this book! This book is so beautiful from printing to the packaging and of course I love the most is well- organized with all the helpful tips in detail !

Also, if you are like me worrying about the scam out there but still want to order it. Highly recommend to compare it with their original website and see the comments and you will know the difference between Fake and Real deal!

Order showed double my request for their book. Sorted very quickly by Clark with the additional monies refunded. Book arrived way ahead of schedule so I am very pleased. Book looks great too!

Well, I was pleasantly surprised by how understanding and generous Myra was in helping me with my dilemma. After purchasing your product I had to cancel. There was no questions asked. Then a couple of days later I got confirmation of the transaction and to expect the product soon.i contacted Myra who apologized to me and explained that it was an error on their part. And since it was already shipped to keep and enjoy the product. Very quick correspondence at all times.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so poor that I feel obliged to warn others.

I ordered a book from Ancient Remedies in November 2025. Months later, I still had no book.

What followed was an endless cycle of excuses, delays, contradictory updates, and automated customer service messages. I was repeatedly told the item was “backordered” and would ship “within about one week.” I heard this on December 31, again on January 11, and then again weeks later.

If the item is unavailable, why continue advertising and selling it?

After multiple complaints, they eventually claimed they were sending a “replacement order” with a completely new order number — which strongly suggests the original order was never properly processed in the first place.

At this point, in May 2026, I honestly cannot tell whether this company is hopelessly disorganised or operating fraudulently. I've paid for my book, I've been told it is coming many times and it has not. Either way, the customer experience has been dreadful.

The most frustrating part is not even the delay. Delays happen. It’s the complete lack of transparency and accountability:

No proactive communication
No realistic shipping estimates
Repeated canned responses
Endless “one more week” promises
Having to chase them again and again for basic information

This has now dragged on for seven months over a single book order.

Avoid.

It is an amazing book, and they have a very helpful support team. Patrick helped me immediately with my question.

Rena did! I ordered 2 copies of the 'Natural Healing Handbook' and apparently my packet got "lost"somewhere and I did not receive it.
Rena took care of the problem and now I can follow my books' travelling and I can see how it is coming closer to me.

Marianne from the Fulfilment Team was such a breath of air. She helped to get my book and cards which were ordered in January, and delivered in late March but not to me because the address etc was missing. After this time I was advised that I would receive an email, but I never found it.

I sent an email asking for help last week, and Marianne said she would send a link for tracking and a code which received. I thought it would take at least a month.

I got a sock as it arrived today -only a few business days. I quickly read the book and cards and sent an email to Marianne to say how much she had helped me and that I basically adore her presence/presents. If I could repay her kindness and efficiency, I would.

I toast you Marianne -your bosses are soo lucky to have you.

Outstanding customer service! I reached out to customer service to ensure the book could be shipped to Australia and placed the order on a weekend. Clark from customer service responded to my inquiries promptly and the order of three books arrived within 5 days.
