Bought a smart watch that I'd seen on Instagram for US$37.99 from them without thinking carefully, then got suspicious. What they modelled in their advertisement turned out actually to be a Samsung Frontier S3. What I got was a generic Chinese "V8" model worth about US$10.00
On top of that, the one I got didn't even work. Luckily for me I was able to open a Paypal Buyer Protection claim and after the seller (actually Vango Group which runs dozens of websites selling shoddy fake goods) stopped responding, Paypal ruled in my favour and I got my money back.
Remember: if you've paid by credit card, you can initiate a chargeback. If you've paid with Paypal, you can initiate a Buyer Protection claim. Don't let them get away with it.

Bought a wallet and took 2 months to arrive. Very poorly made and low quality material. Nothing close to the advertisement from FB. Colour was also off from what I ordered. Refund process took more than 3 months and till today still not refunded. Kept sending email and received excuses but no updates. Is a scam and I am ready to forgo the money. Is a China base company and the website is anchort.com

They probably use different company names in FB. Beware!

Rating should be 5 minus, what a joke!! Watch received doesn't match at all with the luxery smartwatch shown in the adv.video!!
If you make a remark, they tell you the ordered model has sold out and they can give you a refund of $5 so for the watch should still be $37 worth....please look at aliexpres...same watch for less than $10...
Just send them a email; I dare them to sent me the right watch with all the features shown in the adv.video.....
Now let see what they come up with....

Do Not Buy. As per everyone else I got a crap watch not the one I saw advertised. Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased. I am going to bin it and forget I have been ripped off.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Same story as the others. The watch they advertised was not the one they sent to me. Including postage, I paid approx. $45. The watch that was sent to me can be bought on eBay for less than $10. So right off the bat, I am down $35+, but given I won't be using this inferior cheap plastic piece of crap, I am really down the full amount of $45.

Ordered a watch. Received a much poorer quality watch which was nothing like the one I ordered. Would not accept it back unless I paid for postage for their error. Do not buy from these Chinese Cowboys

I ordered the luxury watch but was sent a very cheap watch instead,several emails later all they will offer is a few dollars to keep the cheap watch or return it at my expense for a refund I doubt I'd get anyway judging by their attitude,do not use this company

Saw an advert on Instagram and thought the watch looked good. When it arrived the watch was different from the one I had seen in the video. For 2 days I have been asking for the address to send it back to and they dont send that info, they did offer me a whole 7 dollars credit as if I would buy anything else from this awful awful company.

ordered a smartwatch as per there website and banner ads.
I have received a completely different and much cheaper watch.
Have sent complaints and they offered an 8 dollar discount.
I purchased through paypal and have raised the issue with them so hopefully I can get a refund.

They sell smart watch using images and video from Samsung Frontier Gear 3, but they deliver a Radiance A3 without the functionality of Samsung. The problem is when you want to return it for refund, because is expensive to sent something to China and will take time. My recommendation is not buy anything from them.

I would give them zero stars. They shipped me a different watch then they are advertising. I think it is a scam, it's fraud. I told them I want the watch they are advertising, but they want to give me some money back.... Its rediculous. I want the watch which I ordered or they advertise, not something different.

It is a scam. The reviews on the site are not real and you cannot leave one, they are already embedded in the site. I ordered the luxury smart watch and what I got did not resemble what they were selling or indeed even the picture on the box! The bezel does not rotate as advertised and the watch face is nothing like the photo, a digital cheap version of a chronograph face. DO NOT BUY, as usual it is Chinese Crap.

Ordered a smartwatch from this company. What a joke, Ben it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the one i ordered from there website after watching the video. It was a piece of cheap plastic and it didn't work correctly as some of the apps didn't work. After complaining and asking for my money back they told me i could send it back but I had to pay the £20 postage even though it was falsely advertised and not working. DO NOT buy from this company they are conning the public with false advertising.
