The Injury Remains
It's taken me a while to write this, but the injury remains. This company is a hybrid publisher with very low qualifications and standards (retired 2nd grade teachers, etc.). They hacked my manuscript to fit their formatting, leaving behind typos and partial sentences that boggled the mind. They are not qualified to edit or format, and I never got far enough to allow them to cobble together a cover. I lost my initial investment when I decided to cut my losses and run! Even the books they display on their website have typos in the first few pages, and when asked, they explained that the author would not allow them to change anything, which speaks volumes about their low standard and how little they are trusted to make revisions. I would never recommend this company.
