Poor communication – No tracking number provided

This review is not about the product itself, as I haven't received it yet. I am writing this because I placed my order on March 4th and have not received a tracking number or any updates on my order status. I have sent two messages via your website with no response. The customer service is very poor; it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to investigate. I hope the product arrives eventually, but the lack of communication is unacceptable.

Unrespectful

I haven’t received it yet. I placed the order 20 days ago and when I check on the status it just say that “my order is confirmed and will receive an email once it is processed” if I could give 0 star, 0 would be given.

Good Products too bad shipping service.

I bought Ana Maria La Justicia products because I know that they are good quality but the shipping of them in USA is a "NIGTHMARE" this is not my first time that I have to write 3 emails and reach out the webpage chat trying to know what happen with the shipping and get the items after 2 weeks.
