The first day that we received the knee braces for my daughter, she realized they were too small. We had measured her, and were right between sizes, and per the size guide we sized down. I emailed about wanting to exchange, and within a couple hours got a response back about how we would do the exchange. They couldn't have made it easier, and the new ones were on their way within that same day. The customer service I experienced was top notch! These are the types of companies that I want to keep shopping with in the future, and will!

I ordered elbow and knee braces. The knee braces turned out to not be what I needed, so I contacted Anaconda about exchanging for a different type. I was promptly provided very clear instructions to guide me through the exchange process. At each step, customer service replied quickly and courteously.

The elbow brace was excellent! I an a bit older and have some advanced issues with my dominant arm elbow, and the brace worked very well during BBJ Gi training. I was much less fatigued after training and recovered much more quickly than before I had used the brace.

I'm very happy with both the elbow brace and my experience with customer service.

I ordered the wrong size of elbow support, Anaconda were fantastic in dealing with an exchange for the correct size. Took less than a week to fix.
I have the knee supports which are excellent, and also the ice knee wrap which works really well too.

They have no trace of my order, I showed them the email confirmation they sent me with an order number and my bank statement showing they had taken money. Still they couldn’t find details of my order. Useless

As of 6/22/26 I don’t have my product but I only ordered it 3 days ago. My 5 star review comes from customer service. When purchasing the shoulder brace I didn’t see the sizing chart on the page so I just selected a large because I’m not that big of a guy. When I returned to shopping for other stuff and looked at a different brace, I realized there was a sizing chart. I rushed back to see if the shoulder brace had one, and it sure as heck did. I immediately emailed them explaining my situation. Within a day they sent me an email letting me know they changed it to an XL that I needed. Friggin’ rockstar customer service. I can’t wait to get it and start pressing heavy to see if it helps with this torn labrum. 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

I ordered the Anaconda knee brace for when I play hockey. Brace was received and is extremely high quality. I love the elastic straps that allow me to adjust fit and tension. Highly recommend.
