I recently subscribed the AMZscout pro tool but have not had the best esperience as my extensiondoes not function alright. For instance, product research has been a nightmare as the continues to not search product within the chrome extenmsion. Itmost times comes up with the message "There are no suppliers on Alibaba for this keyword corresponding to these filter. Try another. I have neither inputted any key words or filter. I only clicked onseveral products to research their basic performance indicators. Sadly also, the extension I have only show a Suppliers icon (as against the find suppliers on Alibaba) and when I click on that, it just goes on to open a new browser on Alibaba sometimes with products not in any way related to what I am trying to research. I wanted to contact AMZscout but unable to find a medium for reaching out to your team. Can you please reach to me then and help address this outcome?
