and Shahzaib Mansoor on PPC management, and I appreciate the support and professionalism they bring to the process.

What stands out most is their communication and responsiveness. We have regular monthly calls, and whenever I have questions, they take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. They are always respectful, approachable, and take my concerns seriously.

I can see that they are consistently working on optimization and improving the campaigns, and they stay engaged in the process. Their willingness to answer questions and adapt based on feedback makes the collaboration especially valuable.

It’s been a smooth and pleasant collaboration so far. Overall, I value the support and the structured approach they bring, and I look forward to continuing the work together.

Easy experience. Got our product photos done quickly. Right after that we were able to get our copywriting done as well. Highly recommend.

AMZ did our creatives. They did an amazing job with pictures and A+ content. I worked with Sharoz, very helpful and listens to your needs. They took the concept and created a listing that I was satisfied with.

We recenty had images created for our brand new brand. We worked with a previous company but the images didn't align with what we were looking for. Working with Curtis and Sharoz, they immediately saw our vision and the experience was smooth, efficient, and collaborative doing multiple revisions to get the images dialed. The flexibilty to iterate helped ensure the images were polished and on-brand using our logos and fonts. Overall, working with AMZONESTEP has been great, the imagery will allow us to scale our product content, marketing assets, and social media visuals and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the product line.

they did a great job on my product hero images. I think they are a great team and a trustworthy company. I will be working with them again in the near future.

let them know I didn’t want to renew and their customer “success” manager tried to do everything he could to pressure me and bully me into acquiescing. He threw everything he could in the contract at me and pressure me into renewing including reneging and asking me to provide all photos back to him that they had provided during the prior term. Beware of this company they will tell you what you want to hear and then assign you to someone in a very different time zone who basically has no time to meet you. Work is riddled with errors, typos, and it has hard to understand what they are doing.

It is unfortunate that this company handles a cancelation in such a combative way. Customer service is not a plus here.

They were incredibly easy to work with, not to mention the content that they provided was way beyond the quality of what I was expecting. At first I was worried about the price, but they proved to me that they are 100% worth what you pay for with the quality of their work!

Very good, much better than Private Label Masters. Stay away from Private Label Masters, they are horrible. AMZ One Step is very good, Private Label Masters is not.

Amz One - These guys are fantastic! I initially signed up for a trial version, 3 months, of their PPC program. I went in not knowing what to expect AND the results were Amazing. Khurram is on top of his game; initially we met every week as I wanted to see how we would progress. I had handled all of my PPC and lost money the first two months, when I started selling. I was spending ridiculous amounts of money on advertising.My key words were to vague. After the first month I saw a jump in sales, after two months I was loving everything they were doing for me. They reduced my ad spending and profits started rolling in. They assisted me in stocking out twice, I didn’t blink twice when they suggested I purchase additional inventory because they felt OUR team had a winner! Great to write about people who love what they do and care about the people who they work for! I signed up for an entire year of their service!

Rubina did a great job launching our product and getting our sales over $26,000 USD.

Have had excellent results. I have had a wonderful experience working with Rubina, she is a true PPC master. Also had a particularly good experience with Paras, who was able to get me changed from a “generic listing”, which was my mistake, to my brand name. Without this above and beyond work of Paras I would have lost all my reviews and would have had to start over after my first order being sold out, which we were able to do in the first month. Over 40k in revenue in the first month

It was easy to communicate what I needed. If I had any questions, it was always a prompt repsonse. Everything was executed well. I look forward to many other projects. Thank you

Overall, I am very happy with AMZ One Step! They were more affordable than another competitor I was looking at, and honestly, more affordable than many competitors! I trusted them because I was able to schedule an initial sales call with them, I reviewed their portfolio, and because of the good reviews. I am a very, very particular person so I will give my honest feedback.

First, Rowie is amazing. I mean, legitimately amazing. She's the project manager, so to speak. Very kind and helpful. However, she does not work in my time zone, like, at all! So this slows down the process significantly. I'm not sure if any of the employees do. Time was on my side as I hadn't even registered my brand yet or ordered my inventory, so I was NOT in a rush at all. Thankfully. I never had issue with Rowie understanding me or communicating between me and the copywriter, photographer, uploader, videographer, etc. She was great!

Another reason I went with AMZ is because the salesman threw in a video for free. This is a huge deal as vides for Amazon are super expensive anywhere else!

Let me just say, the photography, videography, copywriting, infographics, editing process, communication are wonderful! Honestly, it was so good. Now, I've worked with vendors in the past, so I feel I had decent expectations. There were a lot of things to edit, but I expected that!

Some negative things to mention that they could improve on. 1) Come on, let's get people working in an American time zone, especially if you're based in Canada. 2) They did the box package design and it was super ugly. I wouldn't hire them again for that. Before I signed on with AMZ, I tried to use someone cheap-ish on Fiverr and ended my contract with them because they did a terrible job. So I hired AMZ, and it's like they hired the same cheap guy from Fiverr because it was so ugly. Ultimately, I told them where to put everything on the box and settled. 3) The first draft of my competitors market analysis was for the wrong product. That was annoying ... someone clearly didn't do their homework. 4) Same with the upload ... I had a draft in my seller central account that the AMZ girl uploaded as my product listing and when she sent the first draft to me, I had to tell her that's not even the right product! Easy, quick fixes for 3 and 4 though. 5) There were some basic errors and missed details in the photography that needed to be fixed.

Things they did amazingly well: photography was professional and beautiful. Videography was legit perfect. The kindest, sweetest Rowie and Paras (Rowie--project manager and Paras--seller central uploader). Editing process was really, really great. They didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much - I'm a detailed person, so there were lots of edits. There were quite a few basic things in the photography and infographics I felt they should've caught prior to sending to me, but maybe they aren't too detailed considering they know they'll have to make a lot of edits anyways. They fixed a product photography error on MY part without any complaint. The copywriting was beautiful. I felt I could've done the copy with ChatGPT, but it was really great having a professional do it because there are actual Amazon rules that need to be followed in the listing. Had I attempted this myself, it would've been frustrating and taken a long time. They created the bullet points, the title, etc. I even had questions about the copy and wanted some things changed. They gave me their expertise and said yes to some changes and then said no to some requested changes because of the Amazon rules.

They gave me a market analysis of my competitors, as well as a keyword analysis. They did my A+ content, designed a lot of infographics, which I needed for my product, plenty of images, awesome video, and uploaded it all for me. I was so pleased with all of this! A note on the infographics - this counts as part of the images. In my mind, it's easier to just take a picture and charge more for an infographic. But they included the infographic as an image, which I believe is part of the package, but they were flexible with how many were included. In other words, they didn't nickel and dime everything! I attribute that, in part, to my project manager, Rowie.

I would not use them again for a box design until they hire box designers at the professional level of their photographers/videographers/copywriters. I also know going into it in the future, that it will take time for all of this to be completed.

Yes, I will absolutely use them again and will happily refer them to others, as I already have!!

We had an amazing experience using AMZ One Step for our copywriting and A+ content. Justin COyle made the experience all that much better as he was very attentive to our needs. He was also incredibly prompt in his responses anytime we had questions. We highly recommend using AMZ One Step for all your Amazon seller needs!

I’m convinced this company pays for positive reviews. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the deliverables. They portray themselves as a high quality, one-stop shop agency that produces exceptional work….the work is absolute garbage. I had to hire another agency to re-do the photography/videos/infographics. Project manager quit. They outsource labor to save on cost. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend.
