Complete fraud
Complete fraud! I no place did it CLEARLY say that this was a monthly subscription - I was simply trying to renew my registration on line and my debit card was charged TWICE for the "service" that did not take place. Thank God that my bank caught this and immediately identified it as fraudulent!!!
