I ordered a product labeled as “cuff links.” The first package was lost in the mail, and after two weeks I had to reach out to the customer service, who sent another package. Then when I finally got the package over a month later, there was only one cufflink in the package. This company completely misleads their clientele, has a terrible shipping system, and I will never shop here again.

Great experience! I bought a pair of moissanite earrings for my wife. They’re super cool and came in a nice box. She loved them—that’s all that counts.

Haven’t received order placed June 9th!!! Takes waaay toooo long in this day & age!! Yes- even with free shipping! If SHEIN & TEMU can get those orders out to customers pronto!- so can all others!
Unless the item is surprisingly worth the wait (not sure how??)- it will sadly be last time for me.

I ordered what looked like a dressy top from AMVIM And when I received it, I realized that the fabric is really just like a T-shirt fabric. It was not what I was looking for and so I started the return process. It’s a cumbersome process where you need to write to the company and then they get back to you and tell you to send a photo showing what is wrong with the item. Since it’s the fabric that was the problem for me, I couldn’t see the point of taking a photo of that, but they insisted that I do that.
Then, in a subsequent email, the customer service agent told me that I could return the top but would be charged a 30% restocking fee. In the end, after I paid for return shipping, it was not worth the little bit that I would have been credited. I gave the top away and would never consider dealing with this company again.
The opposite of this is the excellent customer service of many other companies, including Nordstrom‘s. Nordstrom‘s offers free. no-hassle returns. That and other companies with good customer service is where I will order future clothing items. That in the end, is smart business.

AMVIM truly impressed me! My order was a bit small, so I contacted their support for a return. They were super accommodating and quick. I got my replacement dress in time for my upcoming birthday bash, and I can't wait to flaunt it! Thank you, AMVIM! I'm definitely coming back for more order! 👗💕

Bought sandals which didn't look anything as advertised. Returned them to return address on package and had to battle with the company for approximately a month to get a refund. I eventually had to contact my bank to be refunded through them. Will not buy from this company again.
