I was very Impressed with AMS surveys. We had the Homebuyers survey. The surveyor Kimberley was very friendly extremely thorough & very knowledgeable. She let me know of a few issues & preventative solutions whilst she was there. I've since received the extremely detailed report from her which contains photographic evidence & findings. No stone was left unturned which is exactly what you pay for. I highly recommend using AMS Surveys I'd definitely use them again.

Fantastic from start to finish!

From the moment we requested a quote, through to booking the survey and the turnaround of getting the survey back to us AMS were brilliant. Very communicative and the contents of the survey were very thorough. Couldn't ask for more and couldn't recommend any more.

The review justified the reason for seeking a survey. It was comprehensive and delivered on time. We were also kept informed of each stage of the survey and when it would reach us. Our only negative comment was the fact we had to print the report it due to their policy of being paperless.
However I would certainly recommend this firm.

Absolutely brilliant, The site is very user friendly, we were kept updated every step of the way and the speed and efficiency was fantastic. The survey itself was very thorough and full of advice and importantly great advice on how to proceed. We renegotiated on the basis of the survey and they accepted a lower offer.

Very helpful and polite staff from the start to finish. Report arrived on the date they said it would. The reprt was so easy to read and follow.

From start to finish my experience was amazing. Given regular updates on the progress of my survey. Jo, the office manager is an absolute credit to the company for her professionalism and guidance. The report I received was very thorough and helped me recognising what I need to do to the property after I complete my purchase. I still had some questions regarding the survey, and I spoke to Kimberley who conducted the survey. She took her time to explain the report and clear up any minor concerns I had. I will absolutely be using AMS again the next time I require a survey and I won’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with AMS was great. Any concerns were responded to quickly, the survey was booked within 2 weeks of our enquiry and we received a very detailed Level 3 report a week later.

The only thing we were disappointed with was that we had emailed to ask about whether or not the carpets would be lifted at the corners to check the flooring underneath because they say that the service is non-invasive. We knew this was possible as we had done it ourselves at a viewing as carpets were loose around the edges of the rooms and could be lifted extremely easily and fall back into place perfectly but we are first time buyers and don’t know what we are looking for in terms of defects. They said that this was possible, however when we have read the report it states that they didn’t do this due to the carpet even though it was asked about prior to visit.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the company, everything was explained in great detail which was invaluable as a first time buyer. The company was honest about the type of survey I needed so I didn’t spend additional money unnecessarily and the follow up questions I had following completion were answered immediately. I couldn’t recommend this company enough they by far offered the best value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The report was returned to me within 7 days and the level of detail and investigation carried out was excellent.

AMS surveys offer an efficient service, very easy to arrange over the phone with a friendly and very helpful representative, once arranged I was able to follow the progress online and they produced a very thorough report on the date promised, very happy with the service.

I found the whole process quite easy from booking the survey to the finished report.
The finished report was thorough, professional and gave helpful information as to our proposed house purchase.
I would thoroughly recommend AMS surveys to anyone purchasing a property as it’s good to know beforehand what could be an expensive repair

Really helpful from the start. Clear costing and what was included, which helped seal the deal. Not the cheapest quote (in fact, one of the more expensive), but certainly get what you pay for. My L2 report was over 130 pages long, which is pretty impressive. Quality was high, with loads of pictures and descriptive text. Advice and report was more risk-averse than I would have thought - but that's what I was paying for. Really happy with the service and recommended.

When I was searching for a survey I considered using one that I had used on a previous purchase, but opted for AMS after a brief phone call with their onboarding team, they were friendly and to the point.

When I recieved my report it was more detailed than any I had recieved previously and even contained images justifying the points made.

I appreciate the service and have been given a lot to think about with my purchase.
