Very quick response and very detailed report plus pictures. Excellent value

We used AMS surveys to carry out a structural engineers report on the house we are buying, they were quick and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Spoke to Jo at AMS about a quote for a damp and timber survey as I am selling my property. Jo was really helpful and knowledgeable about the survey options and the minefield that is damp. I used AMS Surveys to produce a Level 3 survey followed by a Damp and Timber survey and I can honestly say they did not disappoint!

I enquired some weeks prior to booking for a quotation and was so impressed with the level of building knowledge of the office staff that I was reassured the survey would be thorough and detailed.

All the findings were backed up with photographic evidence, along with full descriptions and advice.
