Big shop but prices are extortionate. Found same items in Lozells half the price.

This is without doubt the worst shop to buy anything from in history,
The prices extremely high
Very very rude staff

All staff look angry and look like they hate working there
I tried to purchase a juba my size was not available so asked the staff do you have it in my size they said I'll check after 20 minutes of waiting the staff member finally came

I ordered the giftbox prayer mat in pink for a gift for someone on 12/12/22. It arrived, but it is the complete wrong pattern and colour. It does not even look like any of the mats on their website. On top of this, noone has responded to my email queries.

This has been a very disappointing experience with Amsons. Due to this being a gift for someone's birthday, I needed to have it before the end of the year and now I won't be able to give it to them. Honestly a complete waste of £22- I'm beyond disappointed.

Found their website on social media and immediately thought I would order some things for Ramadan. The package arrived very quickly and I was amazed by the quality of their product. I am satisfied with everything that I’ve received. For those who are looking for a good quality hijab, I highly recommend their Jersey Suede Touch, it is so comfortable and the quality is just amazing. Also, the communication between the business and the customers is great, they send updates about your package by email and reply quickly to emails. Even better they left me a kind note and a gift 🥰 overall it was a great experience ordering with them.
