I visited Conor thinking I had wax in my ears- in fact I didn't, but the video examination showed that my ears were looking healthy, which was a comfort. He went on to do a thorough hearing test, and also fitted me for custom made earplugs for sleeping- something I will find incredibly useful as the standard silicone ones are hard to fit. He was very professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. I will certainly recommend him.

Excellent consultation with Conor. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his expertise. I'm a keen swimmer and have had repeated ear infections. Comprehensive hearing test (which was good news) - and I now have a plan including bespoke plugs especially for swimmers. Can't wait to try them out. Many thanks. Simon

I visited Conor after I’d had a nasty ear infection from swimming. My appointment consisted of a full hearing test and quick, pain free micro suction to remove some ear wax.
Both procedures were fully explained ,before and during each treatment.
Conor recommended some custom made swimming ear plugs to help prevent future ear infections and swimmers ear.
I never knew such things existed!!
I went ahead and ordered a pair. I had an impression of my ears taken. The ear plugs took a couple of weeks to make.I chose to have the ear plugs that have a one way valve which enables sound..
On collection, I was shown how to insert and remove them - an easy procedure.
They come with a detachable security cord, which I haven’t found necessary to use as the ear plugs fit snugly. They are very comfortable to wear. I am absolutely thrilled with them.
I would like to add that I found Conor to be very professional, informative and friendly.
From my personal experience I would highly recommend Conor.

Conor was recommended to me by a family member. He is a very thorough audiologist. His service is professional and he was very accommodating of my timings as I was travelling into London from abroad. I would highly recommend him.

My son went to see Conor today for wax removal and a hearing test. Conor provided a very holistic service, used a couple of methods to successfully remove the wax and fully explained everything he did. After the appointment he emailed us the hearing test results which is useful to have. We were really impressed by the service and by Conor’s professional and friendly approach.

I am a musician and contacted Alan to fit the ACS custom earplugs which I had bought to prevent hearing loss from performing loud music. After reading his website, I decided to get a full MOT for my ears at the same time. Alan was extremely knowledgable about the needs of a musician and not only cleared my ears (leaving everything sounding much sweeter) but gave me some great advice on how to look after my hearing without avoiding gigs and loud rehearsal rooms.

Went today for the first time and had a great experience. Conor was thorough, professional, and friendly. He provided informative advice and took care of the blockage in my ear. The pictures of my ear were awesome. Great to be able to see how it looked before and after. He has lots of cool tools and knows what to use to get the job done quickly. He then did a hearing test and my hearing is great. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I saw Conor for the first time today regarding ear wax removal and was very impressed. He was very thorough, used a combination of treatments and provided before and after photos. Consequently, I am feeling much better now and no longer feel as though I am in a ‘muffled’ world! I would certainly recommend Amplitude Hearing.

As a musician who has been playing for over two decades but only recently been affected by tinnitus, having a consultation with Alan at Amplitude Hearing was the perfect fit. It was great to be able to get custom-made specific musician/singer ear plugs, a hearing test, and an in-depth conversation about all things related to my ear and hearing in one very worthwhile package deal. I had been suffering from poor hearing coupled with tinnitus for several weeks. Conor was recommended to me and provided an excellent service. He was able to provide me with an emergency appointment and quickly diagnosed the cause of my problems following physical examination supported by a series of audiology tests using specialist technical equipment. Fortunately my hearing problems should be temporary only and Conor recommended clearly the remedies that are likely to sort things out for me. Throughout the consultation, Conor was very friendly and professional and explained the testing and results being undertaken. I had every confidence in his opinion and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Alan had cleared my ear wax twice before in my home town. He left there to work in Hove. I managed to track him down, as I was very pleased with my treatment from him in the past. His new premises are very light and welcoming and as always it was a very good experience. He took time to check on medical history and explain and give advice as to whether to have one of my ears treated or not, showing me a photo of that ear. I will be contacting him again, when I next need ear wax removal.

I had been struggling with wax build-up in one of my ears, to the point that I could barely hear that side and ear drops (as advertised on TV), although softening it, were not clearing it. I visited Conor who confirmed that both ears had a build-up, although the one I had been treating with drops was worse than the other. He cleaned out both and checked the condition of my eardrums afterwards. Blissful relief! Very professional service - checked previous history etc.. beforehand and clearly explained the process. Visited Conor in the Twickenham clinic for a check up as I have been suffering from specific hearing issues. He ran through a series of tests, explaining the purpose of them and then explaining the findings from the tests, and some recommendations on how to mitigate my symptoms. I received the results by email shortly after the appointment as well.

All-in-all, highly efficient; clearly explained (no gobbledygook); and with practical outcomes and advice.

Lots of wax in both ears removed quickly and efficiently. Much better hearing as a result.

Prompt appointment and it worked without the 2 weeks of olive oil prior to an appointment.

Hearing tests as well as recommendations for ear protection at gigs.

All in all, wonderful service.

Will be back to keep the lugholes clear!
