The website automatically changed the delivery postcode. I contacted straight away and after 24 hours they advised it had already shipped before they read the email. I asked for the tracking number several times and they have ignored me. I have used this company a few times but I will not be using them again. Bad customer service do not recommend . Update... The below response from the company is clearly mistaking me for another annoyed customer. It took 24 hours for a response to me to start, and I have checked the emails between us, no mention of water. Not to worry, I have screenshot this response to support the slander complaint I will be escalating.

We just wanted to clear a few things up before our inbox develops trust issues.
Our response time is normally 48 hours, but we replied to you in just 2 hours which might be the fastest we’ve ever moved without coffee.
You’ve also sent us more emails than we send ourselves reminders to “drink more water. Sticking to one email thread helps keep everything neat and less “detective mystery.”
As for the postcode our website didn’t change it because it can only work with what’s typed in. ( the website swears it’s innoce

I ordered these perfumes very easily. Delivery was very quick & the packaging was first class. I got them as presents for members of my family but the three sample ones for five pounds were for me! Delighted with the choice I was given & the fragrance was long lasting. Very pleased with them. Definitely will order again & tell my family & friends to try them.

Awful
I’ve been buying here for a while without issues. My last order was delivered to a totally different address, despite it have the correct one on it. After contacting Amout Scents I was told to sort it out myself, even though it is the seller’s responsibility to either send out another order or give a full refund. I now have to go through PayPal. I won’t use this Amour Scents again.
To reply to Amour Scents, I’m currently having to go through PayPal as your customer services are constantly fobbing me off.

My perfume is AMAZING! Red malachite is exactly the same as the Armani prive rouge malachite. Lasts a long time. Smells the same. I love it! What a saving.
And customer service and shipping has been easy and fast! Highly recommend this company.

Victory (inspired by Aventus)
I bought Victory (inspired by Aventus, 100ml). This is close to between 75-80%, which is great, does not smell cheap.
Longevity? This where it was a let down. On my skin it lasts only about an hour, even on clothes two hours then it fades and hardly there's any smell at all.
I get it, you get what you pay for, but I bought another perfume which is oil based (Black Rose - inspired by black orchid) which was great smelling and long lasting but Victory is a disappointment, unfortunately!
Maybe I should stick to their oil based perfumes.

Poor quality perfumes and customer service
Would not go with this company - the perfume I ordered smelt like chemicals and nothing like the original. I sent the product back a week ago (at my own cost which they do not mention before hand), and now all my emails are being ignored although the product has been recieved by them..

My partners perfume arrived faulty so…
My partners perfume arrived faulty so we arranged a return with Amour Scents, a guy called Abu sent us a return label and we sent it back via royal mail. The return was delivered back to Amour Scents and we have still not got a refund/replacement and all my emails are getting ignored.
Apparently they never received our return although it shows as delivered and i have sent proof.
Really not happy about this and I don't like how i am getting ignored.
Bad customer service- i won't be ordering again which is a shame

They use scam tactics. They automatically add you to a subscription service that is impossible to get out of on the website. Customer services do not help either so you have to report via your bank and recover the money.

We’ve checked the tracking (again), and it clearly shows your order was delivered to the correct address. The courier even provided proof of delivery, so unless your parcel decided to walk off on its own, it’s there.
We’ve already gone over this a few times, and everything checks out. If you still insist it never arrived, you’ll need to take it up with your local courier or file a claim, because we’ve fulfilled our end.
