Their customer service is almost inexistent. No one responds to their chat, phone, emails. Their perfumes are undeniably good but the way they treat their clients is absolutely disgusting.

There is NO customer service, the messages remain unanswered and most likely ignored. For a premium brand, this is unacceptable. I give two stars because the chief creative officer is quite passionate and brings the brand forward, but no reply in weeks for a 460€ delivery, that's crazy!!

Awful service from Amouage.
Worst experience from a retailer in a long time. This was a small order of perfume. The customer service is the slowest I’ve ever received. They took some 12 days from placing my order to email me a tracking number despite repeated chasing and over 2 weeks later I discover, after going on the tracking, that Amouage haven’t even arranged for my order to be picked up. So almost 3 weeks later and the order I paid for has not even left their warehouse. Pathetic and embarassing for anyone to behave like this.

Have been using Amouage perfumes for over a decade but after the latest purchase, a limited edition 45 sample set, I think it may be the last one. One of the bottles was completely empty and another one contained a piece of glass floating inside. After sending an email to their Customer Support, there was no response. No longer do we get a little note with a personal signature of the person that packed the perfume; now we should be lucky if we receive the actual item. Its sad that such a great perfume house should be going in this direction.

Amouage has great scents and may be considered one of the best on the perfume market. But their service pulls their reputation down pretty much.
Something happened to them during last couple of years cause their service has become way too bad for the company who consider themselves to be a luxury brand. They do not even hold up to the information they provide on their own website.
I guess my experience that caused this review will be the last one. May be I will still purchase their products through the official retailers, but never again on their website.
