DO NOT BUY THERE! I just got mirrors for my bike and they arrived faulty/damaged.I have e mailed company for them to replay to me that this damage does not effect using it…LIKE…You ok?!they offer me 5% them 8% discounts and basically if I don’t want it they will charge me 30% fee for sending it back and I have to pay to send it back too… What a joke. I wanna return item because if is faulty,not because I have changed my mind.

Ordering from the website was easy, and communication was good throughout the process. The only issue at the beginning was that my credit card company mistakenly flagged the transaction as suspicious or fraudulent, so I had trouble using my card.

The biggest disappointment came after I received the fairings for my Ducati 998. They guarantee a perfect fit, but that wasn’t the case. The fairings don’t align properly, and one of the large side vents hits the battery, making it impossible to install them correctly.

They offered me a 50% refund, which I appreciated. However, the credit card I used for the purchase is no longer active, and they refused to send the correct fairing or issue the refund by another method, such as a check. Unfortunately, that leaves me with a set of fairings that I can’t use.

Other than that, the ordering process and communication were good, but the fitment issue and the lack of a reasonable refund solution were disappointing.

Amotopart.com has great customer service and is very easy to get a hold of if you have any issues which is a rare thing these days. I will definitely buy from them again.

the overall service was very good . Fast delivery and good quality parts .

The brake disc I bought for for my 1994 TTR 250 is good quality, good value for money, and was delivered quickly.

Really good communication throughout. Parts were hydro dipped (not full carbon fibre) and on the corners it hadn't set so I do have white spots on the front that im going to have to sort out. Delivery takes too long.

Part was not on stock, I was asked if I’d like to wait or presumably cancel, I chose to wait, the part arrived a couple of weeks later and fit perfectly with no issues at all, great communication and service, highly recommended.

The fairing were delievered in less then two weeks so shipment was good.

The fit and finish is mostly good some parts have a few bad spots and others needed very slight adjustments to fit.

After being let down by another company and was I was recommended to you and you guys delivered

Their shipping methods suck. I ordered a part June 24, says it shipped the 26th, it's now July 2nd and all that's been done is a shipping label has been created. No movement of my part through the network. Hopefully I can get my money back. Do not use this company

Avoid at all costs!!!! I bought a stator for my Yamaha from them and after installing the part realized it was defective. The stator was grounding out internally, which I verified with them through pictures and videos. They would not refund or replace, but instead told me I had to fix it myself and they wouldn’t take give me 5% off. What would 5% off do for me? I still don’t have a working bike. I don’t see how they wouldn’t return and replace the part even though they admitted to me that the parts were defective from the manufacturer. I learned my lesson, ended up having to throw away 250$ and buy OEM parts instead.

Bought Motorcycle Fairings for my R6, from start to finish the most terrible and scam experience. These don't even fit , the paint is horrible, and i asked for a refund and they refuse. Reporting to my credit card company. BE AWARE!!

Placed an order in April Was given a delivery date on my fairing then was told they were stuck in customs then was told the package was on its way just to be told that it was stuck in customs again was offered a slap in the face of 30% on $961 called FedEx and was told they weren't shipped out was on hold for 2 hours waiting to talk to customs just to be told they aren't in customs and nothing came through with any of my information on it this company is a joke and shouldn't be in business going through a lot for nothing

Please provide a valid email address, mailing address, claims department contact, or phone number so this matter can be addressed. I have preserved the motorcycle, the injectors, photographs of the fire damage, and documentation of my injuries.
I ordered fuel injectors for my motorcycle from Amotopart and received injectors that were not correct for my application. After installing the parts that were supplied, my motorcycle caught fire and was destroyed. I was also injured during the incident.

What should have been a simple parts purchase turned into the loss of my motorcycle, medical issues, lost time, and significant expense. I have been left dealing with the consequences of receiving parts that did not match what I ordered.

I strongly encourage Amotopart to improve its parts verification and quality control procedures so that customers receive the correct components for their vehicles. A mistake involving fuel system components can have serious consequences.

I am currently seeking resolution regarding the damages caused by this incident.
