I am usually savvy and have never written a review before good or bad but felt compelled to for the first time to stop others being scammed by this company.
It is slightly comforting to know that I am not alone and that others have experienced the same problems as myself.
In line with others, the jeans purchased were:
Faulty - no button hole and given the same ridiculous explanation as others
Shocking and I mean shocking quality and size
Fake photos used on social media notably Tik Tok to lure youngsters which unfortunately was my 15 year old daughter.
I was given the same email spiel on ‘loop’ - What is the problem? Return at your own shipping costs despite my cooperation to send photos, reply to emails - total scam!
More disappointing was despite using Amex which we pay extra for maximum services, they have come back today to say that we are not entitled to a refund after investigating this matter with evidence provided!
Rather than the £24.99 that I want refunded it is the principle of the matter now and it is worrying to think that these people will do this again and again if the banks and company houses do not take action and put a stop to this.
Interestingly I noticed that their website has been shut down so as somebody else mentioned they will lie low for a short time before trading under a different name, using fake photos on social media and history will repeat itself. Justice needs to be done!

This is a fraudulent company sent me cheap rubbish say I will receive a refund but no response not even London it's a fake Chinese scammer

i ordered a pair of jeans and they came about 6 weeks later after having to email them many times to remind them i ordered. once they came they were made to fit a child, the stitchings were awful and the button holes were sewed up. when i asked for a refund they said i would have to pay for delivery(bearing in mind the package didnt have a return adress) in conclusion DO NOT buy from them it is a complete scam i lost £30 and havent got it back.

My daughter ordered 2 pairs of jeans, after weeks and weeks, they finally arrived and were absolutely ridiculous. No button holes and made to fit children not adults. When queried with Amor London, they said the holes were sewed up to prevent people trying them on , and that you unstitch them when you are happy with them! Have you ever heard anything so stupid?! Bank aren’t interested so my 14 year old has lost £40 of her hard earned money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I can’t believe it’s allowed to happen

This company does not answer your emails about returning products ,very poor quality nothing like the pictures they advertise looks like we’re not getting a refund

Bought a jacket - no where near the size recommendations so request to refund - have to pay to return to Zhejiang Province !!! No response to my request for a returns label - item not as described- BEWARE and avoid.

I would have given zero stars if I could have. They have no respect for their own returns policy, the item I received was not even worth £5, they use stolen photos of the product from other manufacturers.

They are complete scammers, I’ve completely lost out extremely disappointed.

Same problem as other people. Poor quality, seen up button hole, do not respect the returns policy they advertise, use photos stolen/ cloned from other manufacturers website.

Avoid this online store. Ordered jeans and they look nothing like the way they are advertised. There is also no holes for the button to go through and it costs more to return the product than it is to purchase.

Do not buy from this website!!!! I ordered jeans and got no updates or anything for over a month. They arrived and were awful quality, not what I ordered and didn’t even have a BUTTON HOLE!!!

Absolutely rubbish company ordered some jackets and when they come they looked like they kidswear

Do not use this company, it is a scam. Bought some jeans for my daughter nothing like the image & such poor quality. Took 3 weeks to come. They said could return to China (£14) or have 40% off next order!

Awful product. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my daughters, they took a month to come, there is not even a button hole to do them up. The fit is terrible and they do not come with a returns label.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE: Total scam
The jeans were not denim, were not the style listed and did not even have a button hole.
The company does not respond and the returns address is in China and more expensive to return than the cost of the items

I was sent a faulty, poor qualty item, wheni have reported this to Amor London they just offer a small percentage refund. They will not refund the whole cost or cover the cost of the expensive return. DO NOT ORDER from this scam of a company

Do not order from this website.
I ordered a pair of jeans which did not match the description on their website.
There is no hole for the jean button to poke through and the quality is absolutely awful and definitely does not represent the price I payed. The order also absolutely stunk.

Ordered a puffer that took several weeks to come,upon arrival had a stinking smell,it was Aweful quality and not what the pictures look like,after my order arrived I checked the website and they actually rised the price off the product from £34.95 to about £39.95 I’m pretty sure now,scam and they will tell you items on sale when all off their items are on sale anyway and if you read returns they specify that you can not return sale items so it’s just another scheme should be worth £5 not £35+,total scams and I’m not even going to attempt to contact them because judging from previous reviews they don’t even respond or give a complete unuseful answer,will be requesting refund from bank and legal advice to be provided. Test your luck and get back to me,it wont be anything other than this review for sure. Wouldn’t even give it 1 stars, 0 at least.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago with no delivery response from company was “high demand “ after chasing for 2 weeks AVOID

Item not received. It's been a month next week.
No communication that's worth reading they keep telling me to send the item back when I didn't get the item to begin with.
Sure enough taken my money.
DO NOT BUY from this company.
