Package lost with GLS

Hi, after 2 weeks I'm still looking forward to receiving, but unfortunately I have no clue where the package currently is. GLS updates are contradictory and no one is replying to my e-mails. So currently I've spent my money on an "empty" purchase.

If I have to name a thing it’s the packing. It looked like it came straight out of China in the cheap plastic bags.
