Ammodepotcanada.com This website for…

Ammodepotcanada.com This website for firearms and reloading supplies is a scam! I fell for it after getting an official looking order receipt and sent an etransfer to was a ridiculous emial address for someone with a Chinese name. There is no store or business behind this website. All of the content and pictures of the store are ripped off the website of a legitimate business of the same in California. It is a complete scam! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Suspicious

The site offered 2 rifles that I was interested in and both were surprisingly underpriced. According to the site they were in Saskatchewan Canada and had no telephone number posted, only an e-mail address. I sent messages to them telling them my interest in the 2 guns ( Raven and Henry Long Ranger) and asked some technical questions ( magazine type) and what was included with each rifle. I received part answers at best to "some" of my questions. I followed the prompts to purchase 1 of the guns and the only payment option was " e-transfer". I did a Google Map search of the business address posted on their site and it showed what appeared to be a long & wide commercial building at a dead end in the road & across from some houses. - in the photo at the extreme left end the loading door was open and large construction material was observed along with long flatbed trailers, no signage, no sign of being used, unpaved road, no cars or people and some debris out front. I sent back an e-mail asking why they had not responded to my questions and a link to the Google Map of their supposed business address asking if this was their place of business and received no reply. I had also stated I was willing to pay by PayPal or credit card but not secure about e-transfer as I had not heard of them before. The only return e-mail I received was a response to my order telling me to e-transfer the money . I did not make the order- this is too suspicious to me.
