Good and fast delivery. Items which are out of stock they send similar items and give you the choice of taking or refund.
Bad thing is i requested a free range chicken with skin the one sent was small and deskinned against my choice.

Cool delivery tracking system
I was impressed by the delivery tracking system - the use of a simple everyday app turned out to be effective! I was able to view the order being delivered while I was stationed in another city.
The delivery driver was helpful and accommodating towards our requests.
Only gripe was my preference to have the products enclosed in a box rather than plastic bag, but that would be down to the store’s facilities.

Quick and friendly deliver
Very quick delivery, with a contact number provided just in case which is responded to and the the driver sent his location so I knew roughly what time he would be arriving.
I would have given 5 stars apart from the fact the driver arrived the time I’d said I’d be leaving. Just made me cut things a bit fine but not a huge deal.

Dear brother I wish you all the best but your delivery was bad. No one delivers food in the middle of the night, you can have as many excuses you want but its called bad management. You need to organize your time so you get your deliveries in time. It happened to me twice now that I get my delivery almost midnight, 23:30 and 22:50. And halv of vegetables chosen are of inferior quality, some had to be thrown directly to garbage.

We apologise for the 2 late deliveries out of the 5 you ordered with us.
The first one we had an issue with the van and by the time we replaced the van we arrived late however we answered every single call from you and informed you that your order had left our shop and was on it’s way to you.
We also offered to deliver it the next day but you demanded we deliver it the same day. Also, by way of apology, we did compensate you for the delay by offering you a 5% discount voucher for your next order.
Your second order was one day before ramadhan and we didn’t want to keep anyone without food for the first day so we tried to deliver the food to everyone even if we were late
In your order email we did mention delivery will be between 4-10pm we were late only 30mins and this could have happened for any reason out of our hands.
Despite the verbal abuse you gave our driver we remained very polite and professional with you.
Regarding the vegetables, all our customers are given 24hrs to tell us if anything it at your satisfaction so we either replace it or refund it. It’s also mentioned in our return policy in our website. We try our best to choose the best vegetable available and when can’t find good ones we do not deliver it and refund you the cost of it. We pick the best of the best for our customers. The same products we would eat in our own house. The fact that you didn’t complain to us about the supposed “inferior” quality of our vegetables, and chose instead to throw it in the bin is your own choice. However, you can not leave a review to downgrade our products when you did not let us know so we could have replaced or refunded you as mentioned above.
Again we are sorry that you feel this way about our service, as a goodwill gesture, we will also send you another 5% discount voucher for your next order with us.

Firstly, you said you were waiting for the delivery: If you check your order email you will find that we say we don’t promise a slot for delivery however you will get your order between 4-10pm. This is also mentioned on our website delivery details. If you had taken the time to look at it.
Your order was delivered on time.
Secondly, you said no one answered the phone, let me address this correctly we have answered every single phone call from you and your husband, and the only call we did not answer, we called you back immediately and we assured you that you are going to get your delivery.
So with all honesty I do not think you were fair in your marking and review.
We will soon be developing our website so customers can reserve their delivery slot.

Excellent as usual
I shop from Ammos almost twice a week for the last 6 months , always next day delivery never been disappointed , excellent quality meat , very nicely packed to store in your freezer straightaway , you have to try their Veal steaks , you won’t find them anywhere else , veggies and fruits are cheap and fresh , i expect them to be no. Delivery supermarket in the UK in a few months time if they keep these standards , can’t recommend enough
