Vi startade Amladcykla redan 1992. Lådcyklar blev en del av vår verksamhet utifrån ett specifikt behov. Vi saknade en funktionell cykel som kunde hjälpa oss att göra vardagen lite enklare. En lådcykel var lösningen. Vi har alltid älskat att cykla och med en lådcykel kunde vi kombinera vår hobby med det praktiska. Vi blev snabbt medvetna om att utbudet på den tiden var väldigt begränsat och priserna otroligt höga. Därmed blev lådcyklar en del av vår verksamhet. Det var vår övertygelse, att det lätt kunde göras bättre. Därför valde vi att initiera utvecklingen av kvalitetslådcyklar till starkt konkurrenskraftiga priser, där all utrustning ingår som standard från start. Detta gör, att våra kunder kan undvika förvirring i köpprocessen. Från början har det varit oerhört viktigt för oss att skapa en transparent verksamhet, där kunderna visste, vad de fick och att all utrustning de behöver från början ingick i priset. På så sätt slipper du som kund bli förvirrad över, att du också bara ska komma ihåg all möjlig extrautrustning, när du ska köpa en ny lådcykel till din familj. Den personliga och goda kundservicen är ett av våra kärnvärden, då vi vet att våra kunder brukar köpa med hjärtat, när det nya fordonet till familjen ska hittas. Hos oss kan du som kund spara kostnaden för dyra mellanhänder, och köpa din lådcykel till rågrossistpriset, direkt från tillverkaren. My new bike arrived yesterday, earlier than expected, which was fantastic, I chose to buy the bike 80% ready, if I could start again I would have let them build the whole thing for me, it wasn’t difficult but I’m struggling a little with the brakes, but everything else was easily manageable, excellent service and a great product, I would highly recommend these bikes for anyone.

Terrible company and product, I would recommend not buying a bike from them. I purchased the Amladcyklar Ultimate Deluxe model and after less than four months of use, the bike flipped completely over (360°) with my children in the cargo area after I applied the brakes to stop on a dry, flat, and paved path. The company refuses to let me return the bike, even after I brought it to the ARN Consumer Complaint agency in Sweden and they recommended the company allow me to return the bike for a full refund. I am grateful my children were unharmed, but they could have been seriously hurt. Please protect your children and buy a different bike.

Trots detta är det viktigt att komma ihåg att en lastcykel, som alla andra fordon, kräver uppmärksam och anpassad körning efter underlag, hastighet och omgivning. Precis som med andra cyklar finns det alltid en risk för att man kan välta om balansen rubbas.

The bike quality is not bad, is good but the customer service is horrible!!
I found an issue with the bike and they tried thier best to not support me, not answering my email and in the end, they asked me to pay myself to send the faulty part for the service!!! Even for the issue that found within 5 days.
I wouldn't buy from them if I knew that before, just share with you to make sure be ready to facewith the worst customer service...
