Unprofessional
On August 13 I was told the loan would close on August 24 if not then August 31 at the latest but it kept changing. Then a drive by appraisal had to be done which I was told in September that it hadn't been done even though it was dated August 31. Then I was told it was stuck in the system and wouldn't upload to the loan. All of this was ridiculous and it should not have taken until September 15 to close. I was constantly mislead and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Change in payment information
The most recent letter we got, after our approval and funding, is somewhat confusing because it has changed the payment information even before making our first payment. And it says that if we submitted our first payment based on the initial information it would not be forwarded?

It started with the loan officers…
It started with the loan officers willingness to help. And responding too my calls about big problems with your AI systems during the difference stages of the loan application. Two very helpful loan officers , Ms Lisa Harris and Ms Lisa Merritt. Very instrumental in every step of the way .
Big disconnect is with 20/20 Title . Uncertainty about how the loan payouts would be disburse. First I was told too have my bank account number and routing number. That wasn't what was needed , then I was instructed to call the Title company keeping in mind that there is a time limit involved. This occurred over the weekend . Only problem is that the Title company closes down over the weekend. And the title rep. Who came out to my home phone # wasn't listed .
So keeping in mind the instructions listed in the documents I had signed caused some panic on my part.
However that monday morning after calling and speaking to a representative at 20/20 Title the representative was able to resolve all issues. This was at 08:55 am.
If I may suggest that in the future Amerisave make allowances for interested loan seeker who may not be computer savvy and therefore unable too respond too the requirement in place to comply with different stages of the loan application.
Please resolve the issues because had it not been for the two loan agents willingness to help . I may have went to another loan company.
