My agent was very thorough on explaining my coverage. I like the fact that she identified herself as “my agent” if I had any questions or changes in the future I would reach out to her. Other companies that I was researching did not issue me an agent I just had to call customer service. I like the fact that I have a specific person that I can call or email with future needs.
