American Tire Stores Reviews

It was a great experience. It didn’t take long for them to install the tire. Very professional!

Everything was really good and quick the gentleman at the reception was really polite friendly

Fast, efficient and good work done. We were assisted immediately and representatives were very courteous.

Competitive pricing and great customer service! I will surely be coming back and recommend this place to friends and family.

Amazing service!! Robert was great, very friendly and professional. Will definitely be doing my car repairs there!

I stoped by to get a price on tires, I live about an hour and a half away from home but decided to stop. The price on the tires were very reasonable and decided to purchase 4. As I got on the freeway and drove home, As I reached a high speed the front end started to shake. I called the shop and asked why this was happening and they said one of the weights could have fallen off. They did ask if I could bring the car back, but I had an appointment to get too so I decided to continue home. I have an appointment this morning at another tire shop to have the tires re balanced. I am hoping this is what’s wrong. I understand things happen, it’s just frustrating.

Their place was better than anybody around and their service was excellent

Robert at the Thousand Oaks shop is smart and trustworthy. I always feel that his advise is given as if I were his family member. This place is a true gem !

The Bellflower branch has been my go to tire shop for the past 8 years. They have reasonable prices, great promos to beat! Everyone is welcoming, specially Edward, the manager.

I wanted to to take the time to thank American Tire in Thousand Oaks. You guys managed to figure out the noise my car was making and fixed it with no hesitation. I loved how the manager, Robert, would take his time to explain and show me what was the problem and being 100% honest about work my car needed. The shop was very clean and played really good music, great customer service and with deals no one can beat. I will for-sure be going there more often! Thank You!

The man who helped us, Arzen, was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable of his product. He gave me the best price I had been quoted all morning, and the tires I wanted were in stock. My truck was on the lift in under 10 minutes and finished in no time at all. This is my new go to tire shop. Great job, Tire Depot!

Robert was very friendly, informative and very attentive and helpful.

I was referred to Americas tire in Palm Springs by a handful of good friends who highly recommended the entire operation. I stopped in to get a quote on tires, alignment, brake pads, etc. One of the managers, Bo, was fantastic to speak with and get his insight and recommendations. I walked away with purchasing all the services and was placed into the queue immediately. This business is a pleasure to work with, fair, kind, and super efficient. I’d highly recommend purchasing the services and more from them to anyone else in the future.

Great prices. Had to wait for delivery of the tires later that day.
