American Tire Stores Reviews

Chris was a pleasure to do business with. He beat a local price offer and got a set of Bridgestone ko2’s delivered and installed the very next morning for me.

I have been going to this tire shop for over 10 years. I have never had any issues. They do excellent work and very honest. This is why I keep going to this particular American Tire shop.

By far the best service I have ever received on a tire purchase, select the tires you need and just make a reservation to have them installed . It's just that easy

Robert was very helpful! They were able to put my new tires and new windshield wiper blades on within 1-2 hours. I would highly recommend this store.

Super helpful and excellent customer service!

They had the tire I needed and I was out in under an hour. They also double checked the other tires, for which I was grateful.

Courteous and got me in and out as soon as possible.

Great prices and great service. Tony is the best. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Great interaction with Alex, straight forward. No pressure to over sale. He presented all possible options with pricing. Offered information on additional coverage if wanted. Easy transaction. Will use this shop in the future and referral others. Thank you Alex.

Professional and great customer service

Excellent service I received when purchasing new tires for my Toyota Corolla. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by your knowledgeable and attentive staff. They took the time to understand my needs and recommend the best tire options for my vehicle.

I was able to do the appointment online and 30 mins later they were able to take my car in. It took a hour but they changed my 4 tires and did an alignment. Not an issue they were very kind and on top of things.

Had a great experience Eddie was very helpful. Got my jeep in and out great service great attitude.

I got service same day but was very happy with overall customer service. The tire service took longer than was expected and they were kind enough to reduce price a bit because it took to long and they sincerely apologized. It is rare now a days to find employees that actually care about customer satisfaction.
