I have used ATS for many years and have always been more than satisfied, Recently they have increased the Criminal search and it does take quite a long time for results. I'm happy they do a thorough search. When I have an active prospective tenant, I want my results as quickly as possible. But I also want a thorough report. This can take quite a bit of time and I have to keep telling prospective tenants that it should be ready soon, but it still takes a long time. I don't want to lose a good tenant but I don't one who stars in the criminal report!
The Customer Service Department is more than helpful and they help to get a faster response if they can. Always friendly and helpful and keep me updated.
I am a small landlord but I love ATS for their thoroughness. Just need it a bit faster.
If you choose ATS, you will not be disappointed.

I love ATS
I love ATS! Everyone there has been great, they make checking out a new tenant very easy and quick, always have the results back the same day. ATS is soooo much better than the company I was using
when one of my clients told me about ATS. I tell everyone I know
who owns rentals about them!
