I bought 2 pair of women's fleece pants. Both were XL/XT. One was gray, the other blue. I LOVED them, so I ordered 2 more of the exact same size, same length. I ordered another gray one and a sage green one. Unfortunately, the gray one was 1 inch shorter than the first gray one I ordered. I prefer the length of the first one. The sage green one was about 3-4 inches LONGER....so long that I have to cuff them TWICE or they totally cover my entire foot so much so that I will trip on them! They are dragging on the floor! I did a CHAT online and was texted that changes are made to products due to customer comments. I guess I get that, but why would 1 be 1 inch shorter and the other one is 3-4 inches longer? I got an immediate response via EMAILto my review about this & they gave me an explanation for the discrepancy in length. They claim the material could cause a difference. I wouldn't think THAT much of a difference. They sent me another pair in the same size but shorter length. The replacement WAS shorter, but still longer than the original 2 pair I received. The customer service via EMAIL was very accommodating to try to rectify my issue. I was very pleased with their efforts. The manufacturing part of these pants, however, is questionable. I would think pants of the same size, same length, just different colors, SHOULD all be the same fit. There should not be such a difference in how they fit. So, the customer service via EMAIL was great, but the products themselves has so much variation. 2 of the 4 pair I received were PERFECT. There is no correspondence via PHONE.

I was excited to order something with the word “American” in it since I’m excited about supporting American made stuff. My things arrived with labels saying “made in China”. That was sad to me.
In addition, I’m a 5”10 female with very long legs, and the jumpsuit I got is SO LONG that even in heels it’s WAY too long. I thought I had finally found a company that made just the right length. But alas, they’re just like eveyrone else: instead of realizing every human is different and needs custom sizes and lengths, they assume the length should be “fill in the blank.” The idea of this business is a good one, but the execution is lacking.

Clothes are okay - fits are great - shipping and cx are horrible - not worth the price

I want to love this store but the quality is just not there. Virtually everything I've purchased from American Tall degrades in a matter of months. Would not recommend.

I placed a order an its said that it would arrive two days later, 20+ days later and nothing is recieved by the company. also my wish to Refund the order is still pending. i am still waiting for a refund but they would not answer me except wanting me to keep waiting. would not reccomend anyone to order from this website

It's impossible to get support through the AI assistant ("Jen"). I placed an order 2/4 and it did not arrive until February 14, DESPITE paying extra for priority delivery. It was sent USPS parcel select ("packages that don't require expedited delivery"). I tried to contact American Tall via the AI chat several times, but to no avail. American Tall's priority shipping is a scam.

Company is great. Quality clothing. Purchases are for my 20 year old son. 6’5 150# long and lean. Still figuring out sizing and company was great about returns/exchanges. Only complaint, multiple items were available online, ordered and paid for. Only later(after shipment arrived with missing pieces)did I have to call and find out they were actually sold out. They were refunded.

They have high quality, expensive clothes for tall people. The website is easy to navigate. Returns/exchanges are easy to make. 1 star removed because one item I ordered and paid for was not in stock and it was a Christmas present. They sent me an email saying that they refunded the item. It would have been more helpful to know it was out of stock before ordering.

American Tall is a great product. Good quality and perfect fit for 6'5" tall man.

Our grandson is very thin and tall. We were unable to find the right fit for his weigh and height. American Tall is the perfect place to find non-standard fits. The sweats fit him perfectly. I now know where to find clothing for our grandson!

I finally found a company that has it all in tall. I ordered shirts for a vacation in Dominican Republic. Was not disappointed in both casual and dress for the resort and the hot weather. I hate having shirts pulling out of my pants.

Proud string-bean here (6’6”, 190lbs), new to AT at age 52. Your catalog makes me feel old, but I’m appreciating size M extra-long in athletic pants and long-sleeved crew necks. I’ve never had the luxury of sleeves long enough to cover the top of my hands. It makes layering more fun. Casual pants that fit a little baggy at the ankle are soooooooo nice. I’m finding ways to dress them up for easy high-low weekday wear. Looking forward to your restocks and new items.

I helped my friend buy 3 pairs of jeans on line, 2 size 32 and one 33 because she has not purchased from here before and,because the company stated an exchange would not be a problem she wanted to make sure she had a pair that fit. The 32 are amazing and she is very happy with them however, I can not figure out how to exchange the 33.

I’ve tried but the system will not let me pick up a previous order to make the return. I emailed the company over 3 weeks ago and to date I have not recieved an answer.

My friend is now stuck with a pair of jeans that she cannot wear. As a result although these are great jeans we now have to find another company to purchase from because no one can not afford to throw away money

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially given the price of their products

Gave to my 16 yr old granddaughter who is 5'11" and has trouble finding clothes to fit. She loves this top. It is so comfortable, is the perfect length, she loves that the sleeves and body are long enough. I will be getting her more very soon for her February birthday. Great quality!

Perfect fit for my wife who has problems for many years trying to find the comfort and confidence in her clothes. Customer Service was fantastic and although 1 gift was not her style, we are using the credit for other tops and pajama bottoms. Thank you!

The fit was exactly as described and the materials are very comfortable.

First time purchasing and one of two items did fit and is pretty nice but I can’t return the second item due to the crazy 44$ return cost that popped up while filling out the return form. From what I understood before it was 9$ which is OK I guess but this was just ridiculous.

I've ordered a few times for my daughter. The last time was for Christmas and I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and one dressy sweater. They were all so thin you can see through them! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered christmas presents for my son from American Tall. He is 6'5" and a swimmer, so it is often difficult to find sweats and t-shirts that fit his slim build but long legs, arms and torso. Everything I purchased from American Tall fit perfectly, they have washed well and are soft and comfortable.

Our family is quite tall and we all shop at American tall. We like the quality of their clothes and that the clothes come in a slim fit as well as a regular fit and they are modern. My son buys all his shirts, casual or dressier and all his pants and jeans from American tall. My daughters and I along with my husband also do the same and we like the fit of everything we buy. It’s very rare that we will return or exchange something. I like the fact that the sizing is across the board, so I’m never guessing on what size I am from one shirt to another or one pair of pants or skirt to another.
