I am changing my review from a 2 star to 4. While I cannot talk about the service itself as I decided to go with my US CPA for now, I can say they have been very responsive and have taken care to find a CPA that could fit well for my needs. My only comment is I would like to have a CPA based in the country I am currently located, but I understand this is not always possible.
This is an affordable way to do your taxes while being an expat, but do not expect to receive the same level of support you would get from a local CPA in the US, but they would charge you twice or thrice the cost. Think about what service you can afford before choosing. For me AOS is very likely a service I will use in the future. If you have a very complex situation, you may need a more complete service. Thanks to Christie who has been really nice and attentive through the entire process.
