Don’t buy from them. Very poor quality
They say it’s easy to return. That’s total bs.
If you do like the product, tell them you want to return it. After a few offers to give you a discount. They’ll give you 75% back and you keep the clothes.
Photos all looked as if products were embroidered. The items arrived as flat screen prints. I came across company thru FB as americansoutfit.com. All correspondence was from Trends Outfits .com. I did receive order after a lengthy wait, however nothing was as expected. Site says "Made in USA" but package (by foreign marks) was mailed from China. Clothes had only a single size label, and no other labels at all, i.e. composition, fabric care. I feel duped!
I had a great experience shopping with American Outfits! I ordered a jacket and was honestly impressed by the quality, it was exactly as shown and felt premium. The delivery was right on time, and what really stood out was their customer support. The representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, humble, and guided me step-by-step through the entire process. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality and great service!
Do not order from this place!! There is no customer service and they provide a bogus phone number. I ordered a hoodie on 8/20. My account was credited in two days! The hoodie arrived 10/7. I emailed them at least 10 times and they would just say the same thing over and over. "It's on the way." But they would not give me the tracking number.
When it arrived 2-1/2 months later, it had black specks of dirt all over it so I washed it and it was pilled as if it was an old hoodie. This was an awful experience! For a $65 hoodie.
I would highly recommend Americans Outfit to anyone interested in buy a luxury leather jacket. Mainly due to the quality finish and prompt service. Their sizing is spot on and you won’t regret buying from them. This was my second purchase and I will be going for more to buy for my son. Highly recommended product.
