Sold a damaged product
Sold a damaged product, a jacket with a gaping rip in the arm. Not clearly detailed on the site. A unclear photo of the product is not detailing the damage, oarticularly when the jacket is camo. The refused to send a prepaid label despite the unclear advertising. I eill now nees to send back at which will probably be half the cost of the jacket.

The products are great
The products are great, superb selection as I particularly love Carhartt items. The deliveries are always super quick with excellent tracking and to date never been disappointed with a purchase when it arrives.
Have made many purchases now and everyone as good as the last.
Can’t recommend American Madness enough.

The sizing was completely wrong. One third of the price was shipping, which they didn’t refund, nor my postage when returned . So, for poorly sized goods, they make free shipping ?
Look at how many 5 star reviews there are from 1 time reviewers ??
