I had bought a Craftsman reel mower several months earlier and did not assemble it. When I tried to assemble it, I discovered that the upper handle was missing. I could not find the receipt for it and contacted the craftsman. They referred me to American Lawnmower to get the replacement part.I contacted them and in one day, they responded. They could have said no receipt,no part or could have charged me for it . They just asked for phone,and address and sent out the replacement, which I received in a few days. Excellent customer service was provided.5 star from me

There was a problem with the shipment. It required a simple change in the paperwork, but this company ignored multiple calls from Fedex, and ignored all my attempts to tell them what was wrong. They just allowed the shipment to fail and re-shipped, over and over again. I get the impression they've outsourced customer service to the cheapest overseas company available, while the owner sits on a beach somewhere. Maybe you won't have a problem, but if you do, there will be nothing you can do about it.

I get the impression this is a regional hardware dealer, so they don’t focus on web spaces. However they had the parts I was looking for and at a good price.
