My order was short supplied, I contacted them and was told it would be sent out to me, over a week later there is nothing. Doesnt respond to emails, fb messages or telephone. Would have given less than one star but thats not possible. Avoid!!!!

Firstly, I do apologise for the discrepancy in your order. I have investigated your complaint and would like to note that we had a phone call earlier in the week.
On the phone we discussed your missing can of berry Fanta and I offered you the choice of a refund or replacement. You choose the replacement option and I added freebies to apologise for the inconvenience.
Your parcel was sent out on 24/05/22 and wes received today at 11:57am.
Just to make you aware that you can contact us with the chat widget in the right hand bottom corner of our site which will bring up out live chat.
We also have our direct number and email address located on the footer of every page.
