This company is possibly the WORST
I have ever dealt with, PERIOD. I have now been trying to close on my house FOR MONTHS! The agent, his name is Malcolm has a major attitude, will not return calls, and now we probably have lost our rate! They can’t keep staff, those who are there to supposedly support him also will not return calls and I now know why. Do not deal with this company, run fast and far away!

Andrew Paulson was excellent, and we were more than happy with American Financing! We were hesitant to do a cash out refinance, as we assumed interest rates would be pretty bad. Luckily, we got a great quote and deal, and the whole process was incredibly easy. Compared to our original mortgage and past refinance, this was by far the easiest and most transparent.

American Financing is advertised frequently on the Glenn Beck show. I wanted to refinance my house and decided to give them a try. What a good choice - it was a super easy and streamlined process.
