Bad customer service
Ordered flooring 12-24-16 and received it finally on 1-13-17. It should have taken less than 10 days, even with the holidays. It took 20 days to get my flooring. I will never buy another Alloc product because of the hassle it was to get more flooring at a later date. Jessica in customer service needs to find her a job that does not involve customer service, she is not good at returning phone calls or e mail. Bryan in shipping never returned my e mail either, until he wanted me to fill out a survey, so here you go Bryan, here is my response.

Exactly as ordered.
Price and quality was very good. Shipping for this small order was a bit pricey but since it was shipped FedEx the cost was in line. Expected parcel post which would have cost a little less. On balance the final cost for this trim was better than most other sources.

Shipping problems
Product was correct, but had numerous issues getting all of the shipment to me. A UPS label would be created but the product wouldn't ship. I had to follow up with American Fast Floors numerous times. They were cordial and accommodating.

Delivered the wrong product and no response back after to fix the problem.
I ordered my floor and received 2 different shipping quotes after I had already received a quote for shipping before my purchase. After finally getting the floors and shipping amount shipped I received the wrong color of floors. I called them immediately and was told they would get the correct order out as soon as possible. Many emails and calls later with NO RESPONSE I got an email yesterday saying my order has been refunded. Completely immature and irresponsible company!

We are so sorry for your unfortunate experience. The product you ordered was a discontinued product at the time you ordered it we showed stock at one location and once the order was placed that stock was sold and we had to pull from another location, to which explains the irregularity in the shipping amount. But were glad to honor the original lower amount of shipping cost. It was our mistake that the wrong color material was sent, and when we went to pull the correct material it had been sold out. We could have done a better job communicating all the logistics and our goal was to try to find the wood flooring for you, but were unable to, so we refunded you your proceeds. Again we truly apologize for an inconvenience.

Was told my product would ship in a week. 10 days later I was told it would be another 7-10 days. Canceled the order and went with something local to finish my project.

Good experience
Ordered samples of tile and received them quickly. Then ordered 800 sf and received it within a week. Tile looked great. Saved money using this company.

Beyond poor service
We had a terrible experience. They told us we would get our flooring within 5-7 days. 2 weeks later we finally got an email saying it would ship. A week later we got the tracking. It said the shipping company had called. After talking to the shipping company, they said no personal information had been given to them and they had to google search a name. Once the shipment was received the amount was wrong. Per their website mosaic tiles are ordered by the sheet. We received square feet in tiles. The company was difficult to deal with and never once said they would compensate us for any difficulties or even apologized for that matter. It took days sometimes to hear back from them (other than their quick facebook messenger response.)

Great hardwood at great price.
Had a good experience. Hardwood is excellent. There was a mix up with our order but American Fast Floors fixed everything at their cost. They stood behind their service and their product. Great price, great hardwood, looks excellent in our home.

They're good at quick shipping and prices but the package was teared.
They charged me 20 dollars to ship it to me but in the description they said it would be free shipping.I would buy from this company again,but hopeful next time they have a full description of the shipping and details before I buy it and pay for it.I would give them a 5 if the package was in good shape but the stuff were not harmed,they were still in good condition.
