They claim to be a “world class” web developer and tech company but, they’re anything BUT that! First off, they run ads claiming to have helped Fortune 500 companies to create cutting edge platforms. There’s nothing true to this. In addition most of their designer/developers are overseas digital sweatshops. Horrible customer support, unimaginative creative design and just a complete hogwash of an agency which overcharges for crap deliverables. Hire a local agency. These guys are awful.

Look elsewhere! Not professional quality work!

I would give American Eagle less than one star if possible. This company recently ported our old corporate website over to a new layout that is disastrous. We are a complex enterprise with diverse products, and unfortunately, the navigation solution put all of those varied products into a giant swimming pool. Our poor customers. Three months after launch, our redirects do not work. If you're lucky enough to find the division page you're interested in within the corporate site, you'd better not click on the ubiquitous top and bottom navigation, or boom, and you're back on the corporate home page. They have developed an anti-business website. Terrible!!!

I ordered some garments online using my card. I received an instant email confirmation. After a week had passed and I was still waiting for a shipment notification. By now I was frustrated and impatient so i chatted their customer service. They told me the order was canceled. I asked why since I was not the one who canceled it. All i got was an apology and no explanation as to why it was canceled. She didnt even attempt to resolve my frustration nor compensate me in any way. I will never order from them again.

Expensive and low end quality

I had to support their crappy CMS for a few years.

They were milking the company I was at for loads of $$ for basic features which were commonplace. Responsive web design, blogging, RSS feeds? Everything wordpress freely provides seemed to be cha ching for this cheesy franchise. I believe they provided a quote for 29K for basic responsive web design, lol.

Seen lots of 'website factory' type outfits like this, their assembly line cookie cutter site creators. Better to go with local web shoppes.

American Eagle worked to develop a site…

American Eagle worked to develop a site for my company in the 2007-2010 time frame. That's a long time frame and that's because it took them that long to do it! They put my project on hold for a year so they could finish a larger project. They have kids working in the various positions and they keep changing them up. The sales people are good, of course, but the organization really fell short. We never used their work.
