I ordered on December the 28th 2025 and then was ent an email saying it’s on the way on the 8th on January. It’s now the 20th of January no tracking number no updates. I’m very disappointed as I brought theses candy wax bottles for my partner as she has autism and now this is one of the only things she likes because of the “ texture”. I’ve emailed and had no reply cost me £11.58 for two packs and nothing has been delivered since. Do not use these im sure it’s a scam as I’ve read a lot of reviews and it’s the same mine! Such a shame really.

They sent me the wrong thing, and never responded to any of my emails about it.

Just like everyone else i spent £72 tried doing something nice getting stuff for all my family and havent received my item im currently trying to get the money back through clearpay as they clearly have no intention of sending the items or responding to my many emails

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money. Won’t send the items. Won’t reply to emails.

They only conveniently got in touch… not with me but my bank when I raised a dispute. Even then they’re lying saying they’ve sent the items.

DO NOT USE: they take the money, never post the item and do not reply when you contact them. Had to contact my bank to get my money back. Absolutely do not use

Wish I'd seen the previous reviews before I placed my order. Having been waiting for over a month for my delivery placed on 13/12/25, after 3 emails chasing finally had an email back to say the parcel was lost and would I like a replacement or a refund. Asked for a replacement and 2 weeks later have still not received my order. Have also emailed them 4 times since then to ask if this has been dispatched and STILL no response received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, use Kings Candy instead as I've placed 3 orders in this time and all arrived quickly with all correct items. Update: Have since received the order but like everyone else half the order missing.

Given 1 star they don’t even deserve that wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company ordered air heads bites on 1st January by 9th I still hadn’t received them I emailed only to be told the warehouse didn’t reopen after Christmas until the 5th but they would chase my order 10th of January I get an email saying been dispatched it’s now the 19th and still nothing and no response to my recent email avoid this company it’s customer service is rubbish along with its order time and delivery very disappointing would never order from them again

They took my money, and didn't send me my order. That was over a month ago. They are not responding to my emails. Avoid like the plague.

Like these reviews, I placed an order 21 December which hasn't arrived. Following 1st enquiry, co.sent an email saying 'on its way' 30 Dec with no additional info/updates. Emails bounce back, no phone contact. Spoke to bank and claiming chargeback.

Ordered a specific flavour only to have normal items delivered and late. After contacting them to say they had sent the wrong things, they just said they ran out of what I'd ordered so sent them in it's place. Didn't inform me, or ask if it was ok. Didn't offer refund and just stopped replying.

Placed an order on 27th December sent multiple emails about order received a email back stating order was sent out on 8th January still not received order and will not reply to messages and emails avoid at all costs

Received my order with half of it missing and also wrong size packets of sweets.mostly alot smaller.

been fight with refund but as they sent out a parcel with a tracking order seems to go in there favour despite not delivering my full order and sizes so a complete con really!!!!

Made an order on the 29th December. It says they were dispatched on the 8th January. Sent 4 emails and still not received my order or had any response. Disgusting and so unfair for the ones at a loss.

if i could give 0 stars i would i should of learnt my lesson from the first time i ordered and only received half the order! But i didn’t and here we are 18th January 2026 waiting for an order from DECEMBER! Customer service is pointless no response! doubt i will get a REFUND

I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star! Taking peoples money and never delivering the orders. I put a post on a facebook group and was appalled at the amount of people who commented saying they didnt receive their orders either. Please avoid!

Took them 3 weeks to send out my parcel after saying they’d already sent it out. I only received half of my items even though they took the whole amount out my bank when they apparently sent my parcel so I’m out of pocket. Then to top it all off they never reply to any emails with any updates or even a im sorry here the money back for the items you didn’t receive. For saying they are a ‘big’ company they steal money from you! Don’t waste your time or money with this company!

I would leave 0 stars for this company if I could.

I have not received my order over a month after ordering and they have not answered my 3 emails so far.

Avoid at all costs.

Shipping takes weeks, feels like they using stackry to order the stuff as and when people order! Would be quicker to get it direct from the US. Don’t use this website

Don’t bother , wished I’d seen these reviews before . Ordered in time for Christmas and didn’t arrive . Part of the order arrived a week after Christmas with items missing . Tried to contact time and time again and no response .

Customer service is an absolute joke!
i never actually received my order, I ordered mid November 2025. It’s January 2026 and iv given up trying to chase it up and come to terms it’s never going to arrive, £120 down the drain. My 3 kids but their money together and I chipped in to help them as they wanted to try some sweets from around the world. 3 very upset kids that now have no money and no sweets.
