I placed an order and it was never…

I placed an order and it was never received. I tried to contact the company and they only sent emails saying that they had received my email update request but nothing was done so I had to file a dispute with my bank to obtain my purchase price back. Do not order from this company.

I placed an order for next day delivery…

I placed an order for next day delivery on the 16th June for Father's Day it did not arrive.
I reached out on the 19th to ask where my order was. Lauren replied to say she was investigating and would reach out on the 20th - she never did. Fast forward still chasing still not replying to me. Didn't want to go through charge back but a week later no communication and no items It looks like I have no other choice.

Absolutely appalling customer service - AVOID!

Absolutely appalling customer service!

I placed Order #75824 and have been chasing missing items since 8th June. I have emailed repeatedly, spoken to multiple members of staff, and have had to explain the same situation over and over again.

The most frustrating part is that your own team confirmed that my order was sent in two separate boxes and that one of those boxes is missing. Despite admitting this, I am still left chasing for answers, chasing for updates, and chasing for a resolution.

At this point, the £19 worth of missing items is almost irrelevant. The issue is the shocking amount of time and effort I have had to put into resolving a mistake that was not mine.

What should have been a simple “we’re sorry, we’ll replace the missing items” has instead become days of unanswered questions, repeated emails, and being passed from person to person with no urgency whatsoever.

These items were intended for my little boy’s birthday, and thanks to the complete lack of action, I have very little confidence that they will arrive in time.

Having now read through other reviews, it is deeply concerning to see so many customers describing similar experiences involving missing items, poor communication and unresolved issues. Unfortunately, my experience appears to fit that pattern perfectly.

I’ve never had to work this hard to receive goods I’ve already paid for.

Avoid the stress and shop elsewhere.
Oh and maybe think about reporting them to citizens advice, thank me later!

Lack of communication

I made an order for a mystery box. A couple of weeks went by and I had still received nothing. I attempted to email on 2 separate occasions and I reached out on social media once. The company did not get back to me once. the only reason this is a 2 star and not 1 is that eventually my order did arrive and I was impressed with what I received however I would not order from them again due to the lack of communication.

Awful company

Awful company. Ordered at the start of May took almost a month to arrive, only “dispatched” after filing a chargeback with my bank. When it did arrive multiple items were missing. Got a reply today via email 3 weeks later asking to cancel the chargeback! Nope, doubt it. Scammers.

If I could leave zero star

If I could leave zero star, I would. They are scammers. I ordered 24 cans of a&w root beer and they sent a package that weight less than 2kg. They then refused a refund and PayPal was no help. The fact they haven’t claimed this page proves their remit.

Scam company

Scam company. Sent half my order and that was wrong. Didn’t reply to emails and contact number unavailable. Should have read reviews. Sent me £10 of product I didn’t ask for and I paid nearly £50

Never received my items & non existent customer service.

Edit to add: they've now blocked me on Instagram which is entertaining to say the least.. I guess my comment about incompetencey hurt a little.

I ordered a load of Harry Potter items for my husband's birthday from this website and never received the items. I did get a dispatch email, but there was no tracking info so I could track down where it was, so I have to assume it wasn't actually sent out at all.

I emailed the email address on the website and didn't receive a response. I then commented on one of their Instagram posts asking for info on my order, to which they replied that they had emailed me about about my order which was completely false, I didn't have any emails from them. Luckily I ended up getting a refund through Paypal.

Its weird, I don't think it's fully a scam business as some people receive their order, but it seems like it's operating like one 99% of the time. I can only assume it's a very incompetent man running the company who doesn't really know the basics of e-commerce.

SCAM COMPANY!!!

They don't respond to emails. They don't dispatch on time. I want to know where my order is and can't get a response. I should have looked on here prior to ordering so jokes on me really but please don't be that person who orders from here. Awful awful awful company. You won't see your order and you won't get your money back.

Great Experience!

I wanted to write a review after seeing so many bad 1 stars. I ordered £35 worth of koolaid. Afterwards, I searched up the reviews of the store and I freaked out thoroughly believing I would be scammed and have a terrible experience. I am so happy to say this was not my experience. Shipment was fast, I ordered them 6 days ago and they've already turned up. I have received everything I ordered too and it was packaged very safely. Thanks so much!

Arrived but wouldn't use again

Okay, I might be one of the lucky ones that my order arrived.
Ordered 26th May.
Like others, I was panicking after reading the reviews and sent a couple of emails (initially to cancel my order before it was dispatched and the other to ask for a tracking number) to which I had zero response.
I ordered a crate of Mountain Dew Baja Blast & it turned up pretty well packaged (albeit loose) but the cans are filthy & only last until August? Guessing they have been sat there for a while?
Anyway, unfortunately I just wouldn't use them again due to poor customer service. There are certainly better companies out there for this type of product.

What an absolutely appalling company

What an absolutely appalling company.
They send half your order, and when you contact them to query it, they pretend to re-send out the second half of your order. Two weeks later nothing and now radio silence on email.
I realise I’m not the first and very clearly won’t be the last, but I am absolutely disgusted how a fraud campaign pretending to be a company is allowed to continue in this day and age. I will be taking this further and won’t rest until this company owns up to keeping money for orders they have no intention of sending.
STAY AWAY.

ORDERED A MONTH AGO, STILL NOTHING

placed an order on 7th of may, currently it is the 3rd of june and i still haven’t received anything. I placed it as next day delivery aswell and still nothing. when i called them which was on 13th of may, they said they’re not sure what has happened and they said they will proceed to chase it up and also give me my shipping refund which would take 3-5 working days, like i mentioned before, it is currently the 3rd of june and they haven’t given me my shipping refund as well as my order!!!! when i raised a dispute against them, they said they’ll send a new order to me and gave me a tracking number but i’ll be sending it back and that is if i even receive it, it took a dispute for them to actually sort it out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

New update… After i disputed, the company responded on 2nd June 2026 and said they’ve issued a new order for me and that i will get it delivered in 2 days time…… it’s currently 9th June and i still haven’t recieved my order and i ain’t surprised, the payment has been fully completed, the dispute has been closed and i won’t be getting a refund as well as not receiving my order, this company knows exactly what they’re doing so please avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. There are plenty of other online sweet companies out there who actually reply to customers and take time for customer service. Took nearly a week to dispatch my order and I still havent received it. I messaged them and just got blanked.
