Okay, so I needed a textbook for class. As most of us know, textbooks are NOT cheap :/ But, I was able to purchase my textbook from the American Book Warehouse for only a fraction of the price my school's textbook store was selling them for! Not only did I save roughly $200, I got my textbook in GREAT condition! I spoke with the Support team, and they answered all of my question clearly and in a timely manner. What's more, they were genuinely concerned with my concerns! I would recommend this site to everyone who needs good quality books for a low cost :) Happy Shopping

I was looking for an out of print book when I found American Book Warehouse on line. Not only did they have the book, listed as used, very good condition, but their price was cheaper than other sites. Service was great, and I received the book in two days. Best of all, my book was in even better condition than advertised, like new. I'll be very confident ordering from them in the future.

I suspect that American Book Warehouse is primarily a scammer. They bill your credit card and then tell you they DO NOT have the book. They promise to "look" for another copy. Two weeks later, I checked back, and American Book Warehouse had not found one. I requested a refund. American Book Warehouse makes money on the "float" when they hold your money for a few weeks until you demand a refund for a book that I suspect never existed in the first place.

I ordered a book and the payment was excepted next day it had been cancelled. I tried ordering it twice.the second time they had raised the price 200 plus, they said the book was unavailable and they were trying to fix the problem, well 3 months later it is still on the website lowered the price. I wonder if it’s still unavailable!!! I found the book on Amazon with an affordable price with no issues.

This company has a large supply of quality books and also displays quick timing on shipping orders. The part about them that astonished me was the quickness, attentiveness and integrity of their customer service team. They were quick to listen, show empathy and create a solution that solved my problem and blew me away in generosity.

American Book Warehouse Had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. Shipping was pretty quick. I know have a new great store for used books!

They made a mistake and sent me the wrong publication. Simple mistake.
In regard to this they responded immediately to my email, refunded my money, and told me to keep the publication they accidentally sent me!
Now that’s pretty awesome!

Shipping was very prompt, the book was well packaged and in excellent condition, all for a good price. I am very happy with this purchase. I would buy from them again and recommend them.

I had messed up my address and they answered me right away to help me fix it. I definitely recommend. I didnt think they would respond late! But they did! They were very kind!

I ordered one book from them and then was charged 5 more times for books I did not order.
Had to cancel my card.
Not even sure if I will get the one book I paid for.
