Extremely bad experience. The agreed upon cost for transferring my vehicle was 779 out of which 480 dollars was on delivery. My friend picked up the vehicle at the destination and the truck driver charged him 800 dollars instead of the 480 and refused to give the car to him. My friend asked him for a receipt and he refused to give it and said the company will give it. My friend gave the money. I called the company and asked them to give me an updated receipt so that I could ask for reimbursement from my company since they were paying for moving. They said the driver was not supposed to charge extra. After months of sending back and forth emails, I wrote to BBB. And they tried to rectify the problem. But the company started gaslighting me. All I wanted was an updated receipt and till date they have not provided that to me. It’s been more than 6 months. I am never doing business with them and strongly recommend against it for whoever is remotely even considering this company. There are so many other better auto shipping companies with better customer service at a reasonable rate, who do not swindle you like this. Also to mention, the car reached its destination much after the promised date with no updates at all. Not worth it. RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Extremely Bad & Slow Service. Not Recommended.

My Car pickup date was 28th Nov 2024. Today is 9th Dec 2024. It has been passed 11 days, today is the 12th day, they haven't picked up my car yet from the pick up residence. I paid the full amount on 24th November. It is extremely disappointing and it reflects their inefficiency, poor service & quality. Should Never take service from them.

I had booked my vehicle shipping with American auto shipping more than 2 weeks before my pick up date 10/4 . However, it was delay but no one called me. I had called them, they said the pick up date will be from 10/7-10/10 . They said if i want to pick up earlier i need to pay more $100-$300. I feel like they tried to make customer pay more since i had been waiting about 3 week. One of customer service guy said that because i did not understand in english. I feel discrimination because my language is second language

They were quick to send me the terms and conditions, and after sending a photo of my id and card used for payment (with everything but the name blacked out) they cancelled my order. I emailed them asking what the purpose of this was and have not received a response. What a waste of time.

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with, ever. Once they had my money, there was NO communication or coordination from them. Nothing. I just sat there waiting. They don't answer the phone so you leave a voice mail which they will respond to 6 or 8 hours later. Email responses from dispatch were absolutely no help. Terrible company to deal with. Go elsewhere for auto shipping services.

I tried to cancel the service the company doesn't want to cancel and charge me after used my social security and tried to sue me and sent offenses messages

THEY ARE FRAUSER BE AWARE. I AM A TRANSPORTER, PICKED & DELIVER A CAR FOR THEM WAITED FOR ALMOST A MONTH FOR PAYMENT. THEY THEN CANCELED THE ORDER AND PUT IT IN ARCHIVE. WHEN I NOW STARTED TO ASK ABOUT PAYMENT THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY SOME PEOPLE ARE OWNING THEM OVER MILLION & THEY CAN ONLY PAY ME MY MONEY IF THEY COLLECT THEIR MILLIONS FROM PEOPLE THAT OWN THEM. THIEVES & FRAUSER EVERYWHERE RIPPING PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO BE LEGIT & PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILY OFF.

They shipped my car from Dallas to St. Louis. Everything went well minus a small delay.
