Excellent one to one service from Chris, I ordered a 7ch power amp for my home theatre system from A.A.C, all queries about the product was answered promptly and with assured suggestions.

I was kept in the loop at all times regarding the dispatch status and when it was finally ready for delivery Chris delivered it himself, what more could I say!!

Purchased a Bluesound TV stand which was very promptly delivered the next day.
On starting to assemble I found that I was missing an essential part to support the sound bar, that I had brought elsewhere 2 years ago.
Rang American Audio and my call was promptly returned by Chris. I explained the situation and asked if it was possible to buy the missing part.
Chris said he would check and see if one was available.
I then received an email confirming that he had located one and would supply free of charge and it duly arrived the next day.
What a pleasant surprise to find a company that goes beyond your expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend them.
