I am very disappointed in this…
I am very disappointed in this company's LYING advertising. It states that the items sold are made in and shipped from Philadelphia Pa. When I checked my PalPay, I found a totally unpronounceable name translated from Chinese characters. Not only that, but the phone number has an international exchange and on the shipping policy it states time may be needed for customs clearance. Last time I checked, Pennsylvania and Georgia are in the same country and don't need customs.
So I looked up their contact us page, wrote an email to ask whose veterans were receiving the benefits and the tip I put on (said specifically for families and veterans who can't find work).
Imagine my surprise (NOT) when it was returned with a permanent failure. THAT was the link to their customer service email...
