No hidden fees

Avoid Ameri Auto Transport LLC. They quoted me $750, had me sign a contract, and took a $200 deposit. On pickup day, no driver showed. Hours later they called back saying the “real” price was actually $1,300–$1,500 — nearly double what I signed for. When I refused, they wouldn’t refund my $200 deposit and threatened another $200 cancellation fee on top. Classic bait-and-switch: quote low to get you locked in, then hike the price once you’ve already committed. Filed complaints with FMCSA and the FTC. Do not trust their initial quote.

They reached out to me immediately and gave me a great price. Even though I ended up not getting the car like I was supposed to they were still waiting to offer me help. Jimmy Brown has been in contact with me several times since the first day.

I left my review of this company and they continue to try and get review removed . This is the third time they have had my review flagged with trust pilot and each time it has been restored . If you weren’t such a scam company you wouldn’t have to spend so much time flagging the real reviews and having these fake 5 star reviews put up John !

If I could give less than one, I would.
Scheduled my car to be picked up on 12 July months ago. Placed the down payment and things were good.
Someone was suppose to reach out 24 hours before pick up. Nothing.
Called yesterday (11July) to confirm. They asked if the car could be picked up Monday (13July). I told them no, the contract had a hard date of 12 July. I needed to be out of my house since the final walk through, for the new owners, is 13 July. They assured me the drive would arrive on the 13th, between 3 and 4pm
July 13th is here. It's after 4pm. No one has reached out, no one has shown, no response to any form of communication.
Now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to my car.
Also, I was never told who the carrier was or how to contact them or the driver. Per the contract "If Ameri Auto Transport LLC is unable to assign a carrier within a reasonable time, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the deposit".
I will be expecting that deposit. No carrier was assigned, no 24 hour contact was made but I'm sure they will use one of the fallback excuses.
Avoid at all cost.

Terrible communication between drivers and dispatchers. We got quoted for $1500 for 2 cars on the day of pick up the driver had “mechanical problems “ then when they found another driver they doubled the price. We also agreed on a day of delivery and they didn’t uphold the time of delivery. I would not recommend these people for any car service at all.

Jimmy Brown was extremely helpful & explained in detail the process & charges to me ! Unfortunately the price was not in my budget & despite his best efforts I finally declined the offer ! I would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy & his company due to his efficiency & going above & beyond to ensure I woukd get a good price !
