Ordered 3 pairs of earrings. I pair are not what I ordered.
They don't look homemade. Contacted several time, each time being told to return to China for refund, even though I didn't order.
Think I need to contact trading standards and my credit card company.
Be careful when ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of earrings a week ago and they have arrived today, so 8 days in all. After reading the reviews (after ordering) I thought I’d made a big mistake so when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find they were very nice. They looked like the image shown on the website and for the price of £18 I am very happy with them, I wasn’t expecting sapphires and cultured pearls and can only speak as I find.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Total con artists. Kept fobbing me off. The products are badly made in china. Got a full refund only after contacting bank and trading standards. Avoid at all costs

the website said they are from london but the goods is from china. stone earrings are plastic and looks cheap. it took 2+weeks to come and impossible to contact CS to organise their return. I will give it 0 stars if i could

This company profess to be small family run business, yet there products are mass produced and drop shipped from China. I ordered 3 items at a discounted price. The orders all arrived within a week and were all packaged in the same box!! One of the items was not what I had ordered and all were not as described in product information, cheap tacky materials badly made. Clearly not handmade and not even worth half of the discounted price. Do not order from this site, returns for a full refund have to be sent back to an address in China at your expense, even though dispatch address is in the UK. This is to deter customers from returning for a full refund as shipping returns are also required to be tracked and traced.

I wish I had read the reviews first. The jewellery is a cheap imitation of the images used in the advertising. One earring was broken due to poor quality materials. Do not use this website.

Ring i ordered came today. ABSOLUTE TAT !!! Cheap and nasty and looks like it came out of a cracker. Definately not worth the twenty five quid i paid. Demanded a refund. We'll see. UPDATE - No refund offered only a discount of 30% OFF MY NEXT ORDER ! I DON'T THINK SO or an "up to 20% refund" if i sent items back to china. UTTER SCAMMERS!!!😡🤬😡🤬

SCAM!!! Beware!! China not London!!
Do NOT return any goods to China as they will not refund you, despite saying they will. This is a scam and should be shut down!!! The more people who report them to Trading Standards the better!!
Goods are not at all as advertised. Cheap tat!! Please DO NOT buy from them. You are being robbed!

Do not order from this site - the earrings I have received bear no resemblance to the picture in the web site.
Cheap and will break easily I am sure plus delivery took a long time.
I do not feel this company is worthy of even the one star above.

Terrible quality fasteners are faulty don’t buy them not as shown

The earrings arrived after 12 days, which was a long time to wait .so if you needed them for a function order in plenty of time, the earings themselves did look different from.the picture represented on face book ,but i was quite happy with them .

This is a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY.
I can’t even comment on the alleged quality of their products as four weeks later I still haven’t received my order. All I get are obviously AI generated email responses to my queries.

Complete tat - nothing like the photos. Requested to return for a refund and offered 30% off next order and no refund. Only way to get full refund is to send back to China.

Glossy and professional presentation but the goods that arrived are cheap looking and thrown together in the delivery box.
Misleading as NOT hall marked silver just a cheap shiny silver coloured coating.

Scammers! The quality of the item is terrible. Plastic tat and not like the products advertised. This is not top quality handmade jewellery, it’s cheap plastic from China. The advertising is fake. Do not get taken in by this company.

This company is a scam.
The items take around 3 weeks to arrive, they come from China. The quality is very poor and the refuse to issue refunds.

Cheap and tacky. One pair of earrings arrived damaged. Keep offering discounts to save me the cost of postage to return. They also stated on a post today that they are uk based. They are not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a scam. If you have ordered and received worthless goods as I have, ask your bank to reclaim your payment and report to action fraud police uk (it won’t allow me to post the link but it’s easy to find on Google and register).
They operate outside British Trading Standards and goods cannot feasibly be returned. Help prevent others from being scammed

Poor quality product, item received completely different to the one I ordered. Appalling customer service mostly AI responses. Website images give the impression it is a small UK company, I doubt that very much as items took ages to arrive and no refund or exchange available, they fob you off with a discount off your next purchase! , like a lot of the dodgy foreign companies do. If I could give it a zero I would. Definately a scam avoid at all costs.
