Ordered two pairs of boots from Amelia's Fashion in New Zealand.
Delivery took several weeks (nearly a month) and the tracking information did not update properly.
When the products finally arrived, they were significantly different from the photos and descriptions shown on the website. (looks like cheap Chinese products)
Customer service repeatedly refused refund requests.
Buyers should exercise caution.

I would definitely not order from this so-called boutique. It states that it is in California. The dress was not in a good quality. They sent me two instead of one supposedly a mistake when I asked for a return to send it back they said I had to send it to the international warehouse, instead of to California, where they claim their boutique is at. They did offer me a 10% refund, which is a joke. To send internationally is a lot more expensive so they are trying to make sure that you don’t return them back. They are definitely being deceiving when they put that you are ordering from California, but you cannot return the items back there.

Dishonesty-when you buy an item from an impressive website where the company gives a lovely story of a woman starting a company and using her daughter's name in the company title also, you would be forgiven for thinking this company is based in Qld and run by this lovely Aussie lady. lovely beach scenes are definitely not in China. Totally deceptive.
I was surprised in the end that the item actually arrived, albeit after one month.

I am still waiting for my order 6 weeks later. The company seem to think this is reasonable. I don't!

The goods didn't work. The eyebrow tube was empty and all dried up.
Still asking for a refund with no reply
