AMC designed and built an L-shaped garden office with attached garden shed for us. Every step of the process was smooth. They were very patient as we iterated through designs, both layout and decorative. They have a great selection of e.g. flooring and cladding. The fabrication of components is done off-site after an initial assessment of the site, so construction wasn't very noisy. The builders were pleasant, the work was done efficiently, and the result is all we hoped for.
On a side-note, we are mid-terrace but our neighbours offered to remove a garden fence panel to allow direct access to the garden. The builders were very considerate to our neighbours, who have only nice things to say about them.

From our very first conversation with AMC Garden Rooms, we felt confident in their ability to deliver a bespoke garden office that met our unique requirements. The project involved building in a challenging space, with the need to maximise every inch and incorporate two points of entry. The initial design phase was collaborative and clear, AMC’s team offered thoughtful suggestions and practical ideas that helped shape the best possible outcome.

Before signing any agreements, the payment structure and scheduling were explained in detail, with built-in flexibility that proved invaluable. This flexibility allowed for improvements and adjustments during the build phase, all of which were communicated transparently. Costs were tracked and discussed before any changes were made, ensuring there were no financial surprises and that we remained in control throughout.

The build team were excellent, polite, tidy, and respectful of our space. Communication started off okay but improved significantly as the project progressed. We were kept informed about daily plans and site access, which was crucial for coordinating our own schedules, access and making arrangements for our dog.

Throughout the build, we felt comfortable asking questions, and every query was answered clearly, reinforcing our confidence in the team and the final result. Upon completion, a thorough handover took place. A few minor issues were raised, and to AMC’s credit, these were resolved quickly and without hesitation.

We’re absolutely delighted with the finished garden office. It not only meets our vision and functional needs but also benefits from AMC’s expert input on design and space optimisation. The quality of the build is fantastic, solid construction, high-grade materials, and a finish that speaks to their craftsmanship.

Pricing was fair, transparent, and justified by the quality delivered.

Overall we had a great experience with AMC. The build of our small office was completed whilst we were on holiday and apart from the new room, we couldn’t tell they’d been in our garden for 2 weeks. Post build snags were dealt with quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily.

From start to finish an amazing service and final result.
AMC took the architects drawings and turned them into a bespoke designed garden studio. The build met all the requirements specified and the workmanship was second to none. We now have a fantastic additional space to our home. Highly recommend them. High quality build, on time and to budget. Everyone (particularly Kimberley and Fred) were super helpful throughout, and the build team were very easy to have around, and did a great job. Thank you all so much.

Very good from start to end. I was quite detailed and particular through the quoting and design phase and we had some unusual requirements e.g. plywood internal cladding instead of plasterboard. They were very good and happy to do things a little bit differently. The build process was great too - minimal disruption. They made one small mistake with the doors but spotted the mistake before I did and put it right without any fuss. Overall a very good process, and the finished building looks great and blends into our garden really well.

It has been a total pleasure working with AMC to create our dream garden room. Each aspect of the process was explained to us, we felt that we understood each cost and could make creative and budget decisions without any pressure. The team were also quick to reply to emails and answer any questions we had. The build team did an excellent job and were professional and respectful of our home at all times. We absolutely love the finished product and would highly recommend using AMC.

Can’t fault the whole experience with AMC from our first contact to some last minute tweaks. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional but special mention to our installation team who were a pleasure to have around the house for two weeks. We’re super happy with the quality of everything and the way the room was built to our exact dimensions rather than standard panels. Definitely recommend.

Throughout our garden gym project, the entire team at AMC were excellent. They handled the design and planning applications and everything progressed pretty smoothly.

Notwithstanding the 'tree police' and the lousy wet weather, the build forged ahead as planned. Their team of workmen which included a plasterer and electrician, were always friendly, punctual and polite, and the quality of their workmanship was top-notch.

We are delighted with the finished product and can thoroughly recommend AMC to anyone looking for a reputable garden-building company to complete their dream project.

From the beginning of the process, the Annexe design, to the final day of installation, the AMC team were nothing but exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Any changes I made along the way, and there were quite a few, were just dealt with without any fuss. The installation team worked really hard, and at the end of every day they cleaned up and made the area as tidy as possible.
This was an Annexe with fully fitted kitchen and shower room, sited in my rear garden. It might not have been AMC's biggest project, but to us it was a significant investment, so it had to be right. It was - my son moved in immediately, and he loves it!

We simply cannot recommend AMC highly enough, professional from beginning to end. We now have such a beautiful building in our garden l that has given us the much needed space we needed as a family.

We were very happy with the help we had sorting out our ideas and the details of our potential garden room.
They were quite happy to amend details when the plan had been drawn up. Certain internal cosmetic details went confirmed until it was at the factory stage ready to be made. Very please with the installers work over the 2 weeks at the beginning of March.

We had our garden room built in November 2023 and had a great experience with AMC. The quotes were detailed and we were kept updated throughout the process until the build began. The builders were friendly and worked very hard (even in cold and wet conditions).

We are extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend!

Thanks to AMC our garden now has a nice cosy home for an older relative who has settled in well, and retains their independence. AMC were a pleasure to deal with from the initial consultation, design and construction through to completion. Communication was excellent with the team in the office and those on site, responsive to all our requests and requirements throughout the planning stage and the build. We are really happy with the finished product and would highly recommend AMC.

We had a garden room planned, designed and constructed by AMC this summer. It was a little more complicated then the simplest ones due to trees in the way, planning issues and other things we needed but AMC was great throughout the process. We met different parts of the team multiple times, they did many site visits to ensure everything went off well. There are of course some issues on the way as it is with old London buildings and homes where there was a bit of miscommunication. However, AMC was accommodating and able to sort it out and worked with us on solutions. They gave us so much attention at a very busy time of the year for them. The construction team (foreman was Fred) was really lovely to deal with. They were completely hassle free and worked at the worst time in the year during snow! They had to go through our flat to go to the garden and were so careful. All in all, would recommend AMC.

So very easy to work with. Totally flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the product and workmanship was also top notch.

The AMC team were able to start the work early, and did a great job on my garden office. It was quite a tight space which meant they had a few head scratching moments and climbing up and down walls, but all the time did a great job. Good value to, I am very happy with the result.

AMC were professional, well organised, responsive to our specific needs, always quick to respond, easy to have on site, and the quality of the Garden Room build is excellent.
