SCAM!!!! Never received my order and no way of getting in contact with them for refund. Contact BBB. They need to be shut down so more innocent people dont get scammed!!! So frustrating 😫

I ordered miniature grass seed in early April 2025. Never received it. Their support service did reply to my 8 emails but always a confusing reply re: tracking number. When I checked tracking number - one time it stated it was delivered to a wrong address in VA. another time they indicated it was delivered to my mailbox but Post Office said they never received the package. Once they said it originated in Italy and had just cleared customs. The PO said it was sent from China and just today, Ambientn.com said it was in customs because of tariffs. Do not order anything from this company. It is a possible scam, If not, their business model needs a lot of help!!!!!!!
