As soon as I entered Amber's shop I was met with comfort and compassion. The energy is lovely and I felt safe and seen as we talked through my experience and desires for my hair piece. I have never had a more comfortable experience shopping for a luxury wig!

I can’t be more grateful for the experience Amber and her team have given me throughout the process of creating my perfect hair. They have been helpful and had fantastic communication throughout. I am so happy with my wig and have had so many compliments already. I chose a custom piece and I felt I was listened to and lots of thought and effort was put in. They ensured I had my piece in time for an important event and made me feel more confident than I have in months. Thank you so much to everyone involved!

Absolutely love my new wig! Katie made the experience so personal and positive. The quality is amazing and it’s so much more comfortable than other wigs I’ve had because of the elasticated band and no tape. I’ve worn wigs for 11 years and this one is by far the best!

Everyone very nice tried to help havent worn it yet it’s ok

The hairquality is one of the best I‘ve tried so far. 5 Stars for the quality. But for the pricepoint I am disappointed when it comes to the hairline. My dark brunette wig has very visible knots. Overly bleached knots can cause hairloss on the wig, so maybe they try to be very careful with the wig. But I think that’s something they could work on, because I know that more invisible knots are possible to achieve without damaging the wig

It’s really rare to find such a supportive and engaged team of people ready to help their clients. Navigating life with alopecia is not easy and finding Amber has genuinely changed my life. I feel so much more confident and the knock on impact in my life has been massive. She’s amazing and such a shining light in the hair free community. I really cannot thank her enough and her team for their work. Thanks to Amber Jean I am now once again a proud ginger, and a proud hair free woman!

Amber and Kate made me feel so safe and secure and what felt like a scary big decision turned into something exciting and fun. I cannot recommend Amber and Kate more! I've worn wigs now for the last 4 years due to my alopecia areata and this is absolutely the best quality I've had.
There has been no shedding so far, the hair quality is brilliant (always super silky - whereas my others use to get knotty very quickly), and most importantly the service was top knotch. Not only do they have impeccable style, but they are so calm, friendly and empathetic.
If anyone is worried about the process of wigs (which I was!) please know you're in very safe hands

Having Alopecia areata is really emotional and I had a lot of worries regarding finding someone who could help me but I'm so happy I found Amber Jean. Both Amber and Katie were so knowledgeable and friendly, and the best thing is that I felt no pressure to talk about my Alopecia. It was like it didn't matter, like it was normal to them, which I guess it is but that's the first time I'd felt that from people. They had so much time and patience with me also. The wig I received is beautiful, I've had so many compliments on how natural she looks. They were also very accommodating to my eczema and worked around that with no bother whatsoever. I had a really positive experience. Buying a new wig is a significant investment. It can also be a bit nerve wracking. I was looked after so well by Amber and her staff. After my initial wig fitting, I realised I needed some alterations and these were arranged speedily by Amber and her team. I am so pleased to have found a brilliant London based shop and will definitely be going back.

The bespoke piece and process was awesome! Talking with Amber on zoom and getting a wig that matched my hair was a great experience. I’ve had so many compliments. The wig looks very natural and is light weight and silky. The box came with everything I needed and the products smell lovely.
