Bob and his team were exemplary . Thoroughly knowledgable and mire than helpful. Fitted us a new midea Air source heat pump with cylinder in relatively difficult circumstances . Couldnt recommend more highly .

We have had a fantastic experience with Amber Heating. Bob, Hellen, Arlo and the team were great from start to finish with our heat pump installation. Efficient, knowledgeable, always happy to take time to answer questions, easily contactable, very friendly and professional and they got us out of a very sticky situation with another firm. They were reassuring from day one, and we cannot recommend them enough.

We had our ashp fitted in Feb/March 2024, by Amber Heating, so this is a longer term review as now 11/25.
From the start I found Amber Heating very helpfully and knowledgeable, spending as much time as we needed to understand the details, and sorting out the grant for us.
We previously had night store heating being all electric with all its pitfalls, se were looking forward to warmth in every room, and I am pleased to say neither Amber Heating or the heat pump have not disappointed, the install took approx 1 week and has worked well since, with the rooms coming up to temperature quickly and hot water in the tank.
We leave it on 24/7 now it is colder, it only heats the house during the 2 cheaper rate heat pump tariff and the house stays warm and the set back temp of 19 has so far not been reached.
We did have a small leak on one of the joints, this was very quickly dealt with by Amber Heating once reported.
We are very pleased overall, and glad when you hear of some of the horror stories we chose a local, knowledgeable company.
N.B our house is a 2 bed end of terrace, mid seventies, well insulated.

From start to finish this experience was a supportive. I knew nothing about Air Source Heat Pumps or Solar panels, but I was guided through the process, with detailed explanations and help along the way.
I was kept up to date with what was happening and what needed to be done, including signing up and having the app explained.
In addition when I couldn’t work out something, someone came out and put it all right for me.
18 months on I have a system which works well, keeping my house warm at a low cost. I couldn’t be happier and most of all I received personal and friendly support. I don’t usually write reviews, but I highly recommend this company.

Really good customer service from start to finish.
The whole process was explained and all questions answered. Installation was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner and every consideration was given to protecting property. Fitters were exceptional, with top marks going to Arlo.

We were given a thorough and accurate quote by Bob, who talked us through the whole process from start to finish. He answered all of our questions and nothing was too much trouble for him. The fitting of our air source heat pump was exceptional and we can not recommend Arlo enough, he worked so hard and was always cheerful, respectful and helpful. It would be difficult to find this experience of such a good company anywhere else. We would recommend Amber Heating to anyone - thank you! 😊
